I always go inside to do whatever banking needs to be done and have a certain teller that I go to that takes care of all banking needs. Whenever that teller is not there, I go to another teller that does it. But prefer MY teller because she knows exactly what I need.

Every time I go get money they always take a long time and not only that .. but since I don’t pull money out a lot this man thought it wasn’t my account because I only have money I save in my account .. how can you question my account even tho I give you to forms of id? Oh and I didn’t get a receipt summary of my account but you had me wait 15 minutes. Then had a attitude because I asked for one

BBVA was so much better. You can't deposit cash at the atm at this bank. It's such an inconvenience to have to walk in and wait in line to deposit cash with the tellers. When you call to try to talk to someone, you get an automated voice saying something about accessing your voicemail then it hangs up on you.

Been with PNC for one whole month and it has been the worst experience. Funds taken out of my account, problems with mobile deposit, and every time I go the wait is so long and in the end they can’t seem to fix anything!! They took $375 from my account and can’t seem to be able to give me an answer except “sometimes fraud happens”

Stay away!!! I go to deposit my check and they say my funds won't be available until the next day. I was never satisfied with BBVA. Now this. PNC lost my business today.

Don’t waste your time or money. Awful service.Came to withdraw cash from my USAA debit card/checking account. USAA told me I could go to any bank. I came here because it was close by. They started the process of retrieving the funds but then a manager said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account or profile with them. Total bogus. And guess what, they canceled out my limit that I had requested USAA to authorize, so when I went to another bank, they could t process the withdrawal.A guy in line behind me said he had money in a savings account and never saw any interest.

Have been a BBVA customer since 2010. Over the past couple years they have become increasingly worse to deal with. A lot of "win money' schemes if you do this or that (which don't actually result in you getting money, even if you jump through all the hoops, there's always some excuse why you don't qualify), BBVA hangs onto checks for a phenomenally long time (5 days average sometimes more) even if it's an established source, disputing incorrect charge is a complete waste of time - you will just pay for it in the end even if BBVA missed that the transaction had the complete wrong billing address on it, customer service (outsourced) is really just there to tell you "sorry for the inconvenience" but actually doesn't have the authority to help you, mystery never before seen 'service' charges showing up out of the blue which are "oh well" indisputable. Stuff a mattress before banking with these people, they are not managing your money in any way that would benefit anyone but them. I've been watching this circus for a while, increasingly getting a bad taste in my mouth and keeping my ear out for a better bank to work with but ultimately not aggressive enough to take action. I had already redirected most of my flow to another institution where I have a savings. The random new service charge was the last straw, moving on now.

BBVA is honestly the best bank to have in San Antonio, Bank if America is awful and Wells Fargo charges you if you breathe the air in their branch locations. Was thinking of just keeping my money in a mattress because at the time it was a better option than these crooks masquerading as banks, until a friend of mine recommended BBVA and it’s been 2 years and this location has always given me the best treatment. Yeah it takes a little long due to the current Covid situation but even McDonald’s takes a long time these days. In other words BBVA has a life long customer in me.

I give this location two stars for convenience.... The ATM is always, always broken! I use it to deposit cash because using the tellers takes too long. Why should it take more than five minutes to see anyone?.... The drive thru isn't better at all, probably takes more time since there is only a few people working there.... But having an ATM broken several times a month is ridiculous. At the beginning of next year I will be giving my money to a bank that has their S*** together. Thanks Career point.
