By far the worst customer service hands down!! I’ve been emailing Mr. Trevino with no return emails. I call the main number and no one answers. Please don’t waste time by giving your customers a business card if you’re not going to respond.If you have to stay with PNC back, then do yourself a favor and stay away from this incompetent branch. Go to the forum branch and ask for Dorothy. She’s 100% amazing.

Worst branch/bank in San Antonio, they don’t care about their customers. Asked for a service and the guy in charge quit and no one care about the things he was on charge, One month later no one had done anything yet ?

Came to the bank around 9:30 am on a Wednesday to make a simple cash deposit and the atm outside doesn’t work. I think ok let me go inside I’m sure they have an atm inside and they don’t. There’s only one teller helping a person already. There’s no deposit or withdrawals slips anywhere to be found. One person working in the front but there’s 4 people in their offices working without a care in the world what’s going on in the bank. No one can help the teller in the front end? Go back to the drive thru, wait in line and there’s no slips on the outside either, have to wait for the teller to send it to me. Finally the teller is able to assist through the drive through. It is now 10 Am. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to do a simple cash deposit. Needless to say this PNC needs alot of help.

I had a compass account for 12 years. I closed my account just because of the awful customer service at this location. All of the negative reviews of this place are 100% on point.

WORSTE NIGHTMARE experience of customer service we have ever had!!! Not only did they shut our card down, because they sent the new one to our residence and not our PO BOX (the post office will not deliver to our residence and they won’t allow PO Boxes to change your address online), therefore our new card was returned. No communication via and route, just shut the card down on a Friday afternoon. Customer support transferred us 3 times and couldn’t understand English, her supervisor was busy and she legit...LEGIT had no idea what we were needing or what she was doing or could do. We have taken our finances somewhere else. Do NOT BANK WITH BBVA!!

Bank immediately shuts down on an Monday at 2 P.M. closes drive through with cars in line. Refuses to post any hours of operation online. This is a representation of what to expect from BBVA Compass.

Worst bank ever, they make it very difficult for clients to access their money, and invoice for trival things that other banks dont. I have to notify them if I leave the state so I can continue using my business debit card.
