Salesperson Amir was very helpful and patient. Hqpoy with my purchases. Was not able to buy a recliner since no one was able to load it on to my truck.

I have been waiting over a month for the mattress I purchased they delivered my couch and we're supposed to deliver the mattress at the same time and it was not on the truck. I was told by the delivery guy.(that did not speak any English) it would be there the next day I waited, and nothing that was over a month ago. I finally was able to get a hold of somebody at their main office after several calls to the store and promised to be called back and never was. I was told the delivery was for the following Monday and they would call me the day of to let me know what time. I would not have called them. I would've never known it was being delivered until the day of terrible terrible terrible customer, service, and communication. I would never recommend to buy anything online from Bel furniture

worst customer service EVERRRR if you can get ahold of anyone. They never answer the phone at any location. I literally have to call at least 7 times just to get ahold of anyone. My furniture was delivered and it was damaged and i have not heard anything back after submitting my incident and it has been 2 weeks!

Worst customer service. I bought a bedroom set back in November spent $2,500 on the set. After I completed the sale, I was told that it wasn't in stock and would come in in 60-90 days. Got furniture delivered finally and it was damaged. They will lie and will take your money and never do what they promise to do. Had to wait two more months and still nothing. Buyer Beware!!!

Such an easy and fun process. This experience could not have gone any easier. I’m so grateful for Carlos G “The Busy Bee.” I gave him my ideas and vision for my home and he was able to put together exactly what I needed within my personal budget. I want to give a heartfelt and genuine thank you to Dominick Sanchez. He literally assisted in the calming of all my nerves when it came to the manufacturer no longer making my sofa after waiting on it for 3 weeks and being informed 2 days prior to delivery. No, Dominick did not make me feel like I was a nuisance even though I did call to check on my sofa nearly every week. I was given only the best kind of service and I was handled with the utmost care. His customer service skills is what should be the standard. I thank you!

Showed up to only buy a quick twin frame and was met at the front door by a friendly smiling face, Suzanna. She was so helpful that I ended up purchasing a chair, a coffee table, and a console. If you are in need of any furniture be sure to visit Bel furniture off 410 and 151 and be sure to ask for Suzanna for great customer service with no pressure, thank you again and I will surely be returning!

Our family had the best experience at Bel Furniture. Carlos G 'The Busy Bee' was our helper. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable of the whole store. He went above and beyond to make sure our son had the best bedroom set that went with our vision and made sure we were comfortable while we waited to checkout. Thank you so much Carlos for your excellent customer service and hospitality!

If I could get zero stars, I would They are deceitful and do not stand behind their furniture which is not worth buying. It does not hold up once you purchase and walk out the door. It's on you I purchased a sectional five months ago that is completely falling apart. They had it delivered now they're saying that they have no idea about the delivery which the salesman himself set up , this was supposed to guarantee my warranty another six months which I do not have due to this deceitful company. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company which I am hoping will get their attention do not buy from these guys. They are crooks I would have been better off going to Ashley, better furniture better customer service. Now my salesman acts like he doesn't know who I am, and doesn't answer my calls and only responds to call the company. He knows that he made the sale and it was false and misleading. Even one of the guys that work there told me to damage it myself and turn it over to the warranty company, that is very shady. I will not ever purchase from this shotty company ever ever again! Read the reviews don't be fooled they ask you to give good reviews and yes you're going to do that right away because you think that you're getting a good deal and they're so caring and kind but don't believe the guys that say I read the reviews and I'm glad I came because that's their tactic to get you in And then you bought from them you are no longer in their thoughts. My sofa has no stains no tears no rips from anything. I have done, but is falling apart and embarrassing. Within five months. This is a joke. I paid a lot of money to have a big piece of crap in my living room.

Do not waste your money here. We purchased a dining table and chairs in June and not even a month later, one of the chairs broke. We only used it once and it broke. I called and did a claim in July for the chair was told on several occasions that the chair would be ordered and replaced and delivered to my house. It is now November and I still haven't had my chair fixed or repaired. I just keep getting the ring around like so many other customers that have purchased here. The salesperson and the whole purchasing experience was great, but to get a simple call back or have something repaired will never happen. No matter how many supervisors you talk to. They don't even know how to update a simple phone number. Over 3 months to get my chair fixed.

Carl was very nice in showing me couches within my budget and not pushing me outside of that even when I said I’d be willing to pay more if I really like it. When we finally nailed down exactly what I was looking for he directed me to the perfect set. I’m very happy with prices and customer service. I’ll be recommending Bel Furniture and Carl to the rest of my family!

The most wonderful sales experience I ever had! The prices are unbeatable by all means. As a military member, I have access to the Base Exchange which is tax free. Even then, the prices can’t compare to Bel. Bel even provides free delivery and setup.Carlos G “The Busy Bee” was an awesome sales associate, was not pushy or pestering at all. Offered help at all the appropriate times and helped us get on our way. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He will be my go to when I return!
