Unfortunatly, I went to this place many times. Felt comfortable and well taken care of. Eventually they said nothing was wrong even though I have spent estimated 2 thousand dollars there and it wouldn't even start. The next day my boyfriend and I drove around to multiple places and within minutes at each place found out that my transmission was what's wrong. Serious expensive transmission problem.. I hope this is not it but I feel like dishonesty and robbed. I hate assuming that but I just do not know how else to feel. Learn from my mistakes. BEFORE doing anything anywhere go get free diagnostic tests at different places before you waist your money!!!! I would of much rather spent my entire income tax on a down payment on a car than throw it away. Lesson learned!

This place sold my good friend a defective starter, we saw this and took it to 3 other qualified mechanics to confirm our suspicions, after this, he simply asked for a different starter or his money back for the starter (which we are willing to return to Steve), when confronted with this, Steve accused him of calling him a lair and got really defensive, after this he went to a different mechanic and had to purchase another starter and have it installed is still attempting to return the defective starter that was purchased from Steve. He is being very unprofessional and and is unwilling to to fix something that wasn't even his fault, it was the manufacturer of the starters fault. We are just trying to return it, get our money back, and then Steve should be able to return the defective starter to recoup his losses as well, however the longer Steve is being unprofessional and refuses, the less likely he can return it for his money. We are almost to the point of contacting the authorities because he sold us a product and a service, in which did not work. We have tried to reason with him but to no avail. He is unprofessional, stubborn, and unwilling to listen to reason.
