I have never entered an H‑E‑B and encountered so many rude team members. The pharmacy staff started things off very negative and your Sushi counter team (younger man) was blatantly rude and would not even get a manager to discuss my concern. Thankfully, your store is not one near me and I will definitely never recommend.

I give up! H‑E‑B is pretty much a monopoly here in San Antonio. Pre pandemic things were not too bad, but now shopping here is a nightmare. The store brand dominates every aisle and the quality of them is disappointing at best. Their tea is cloudy, canned diced tomatoes are filled with tough core pieces, their kosher salt is crazy mix of boulders of salt , with some usual size grains. The staff is a mix, the greeter Frances is the best! Manager groups often block aisles just chatting. The huge curbside carts block traffic and most of that staff is rude and pushy (at times physically). As a business owner I am aware staffing is challenging today. I use your app for coupons and today I did not get a single one because the scanner did not pick up my bar code. I am done!!!One star since I cannot give ZERO. Where is Me Butt? He would be embarrassed!

I used to get my brows done here for YEARS and loved it. However they recently replaced the regular woman with an older woman who is horrid at doing brows. I have really sensitive skin and the two times I tried going to her she would make my face turn firetruck red with how slow and aggressively she threaded them. If you have sensitive skin, DO NOT GO HERE!!Service: Eyebrow threading

Manager on-duty, "Thomas" approached me today to inquire if I had "dropped something", he continued to harass me by asking me the same question twice again.Thomas then asked me what color and make was my car.The more I think about this the more upset I'm getting.I've been shopping at that location for almost 30+ years when the store was very small.Never, ever have I experienced anything of this sort.....anywhere.Please advise.

Been coming here for brow threading for three years and have never had a bad experience. The women are friendly and skilled, the wait isn’t usually long. Highly recommend!

H-E-B now allows Employees and Vendors to NOT ware face masks during the Covid Pandemic. They further crowd their store isles making social distancing impossible for their shoppers by stocking shelves during peak shopping times. When this concern was brought to their Store Managers attention ( Thomas) he shrugged off my safety concern stating "I don't want to hear it." Thomas made no attempt to change what he said was "Company Policy" and focused instead on the photos I took documenting these conditions. H-E-B is not concerned for the safety of their customers and has decided to NOT follow basic CDC guidelines. H-E-B is closed from 11pm-6am and like other retail chains, such as Walmart, could choose to stock their shelves when their stores are closed. The fact that they don't error on the side of caution for their customers safety during the Covid Pandemic shows their priority- Profit and convenience over shoppers safety.
