This braids salon is the place to be. This salon goes above and beyond. They have good customer service, efficient and fast. The braider Mady is one of a kind, patient, fast and specially a good listener. You received what you ask for. If you want to get your hair braids don't walk run ASAP to this place.

THIS IS THE WORST $80 I'VE SPENT IN MY LIFE. Just look at these corn rows. The worker took a picture of my head in their shop as you can see. They are so big and not neat. You can't even see the parts. I specifically told the worker to make them small because I'm going to wear a wig over this and she still made it this way. I even showed her a picture for reference. The owner of the shop is very rude. The worker was blow drying my hair and I asked her if she can apply heat protectant to my hair. The owner said "We are a braiding shop, we don't have that here". That was the most stupidest response I've ever heard in my life. What does you being a Braiding shop give you a reason not to have heat protectant? You are applying heat to my hair. The comment was unnecessary, she could've simply said no. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Love this place! Took a little under six hrs for small-medium knotless box braids. The two braiders were professional- provided friendly and quick service. Even was greeted by the owner who is very kind and accommodating; i sent her multiple pictures to confirm my style preference and for advice on which hair to buy. Note that she did have an option to provide the hair but i wanted to pick mu own. I made my appt 48hrs in advance which helped me prepare for a last minute trip. Definitely will go back when it's time for a redo.

Great service and do Fabulous braids and weave. They worked us in on a Friday afternoon. Anita stayed 3 hours after closing to finish my nieces hair. She added hair, braided, and curled the ends. It is so pretty. Truly appreciate you Anita! Spacious and clean! Friendly! Great service! VERY REASONABLY PRICED!

If you are going there for Braids just as the name says, do just that Braids. Don't try to do anything else even if they tell u they k ow how to do anything other than braid. I did weave and it was the worse weave I've ever done in my life. I wish they had been honest and say we are not good at weave and I would have gone somewhere else. Am so nice that I said nothing and still gave $10 tip, don't waste your money if u plan on doing weave. They are good at only braids. I plan to take this nonsence off my head when I get home. PS all the staffs are nice including the lady who did my hair.

Appointment was at 1 nobody was ready to help me , when they combed out my CURLY hair they did not put any water or products to comb it out. Then when the lady started to braid my hair she didn't put any products on so I got dry braids. This place was bad to me I ain't going back

I took my daughter here to have her hair braided. The ladies are very friendly and they did an amazing job on her hair. I was surprised at how quickly they finished her hair, too. We will definitely go back.

The stylist was on time for my appointment and gave me a beautiful, creative style. Also, she did not braid too tight. I’m very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be a return customer!!

Below is the message I left for the owner or whomever handles service complaints from customers. I wanted to give the establishment a chance to respond to my comment. I received this service on Tuesday, July 21st. I have multiple text messages to the stylist the morning of. The beauty supply store she sent me to did not have the hair she recommended so I spent over an hour ripping and running to 3 stores to get the hair she needed for faux locks. I was very excited to get the look I wanted for a vaca with my husband. I did not receive anything close to what I asked for and some of the locs are very loose and the braided hair underneath is crazy exposed. It honestly looks very bad loose and would look decent in a bun from a mile away maybe but the individual pieces in the back of my hair are disheveled looking and you can see all the imperfections. This is the result from Day 1, within hours of getting it done. It's really unfortunate of the time it took and all the money spent, roughly $300!!! The ladies (it took two of them the 2nd time around). They were both nice to me but appeared frustrated with me that the first time didn't work out and even more so the second time didn't look great either. Yes she attempted this twice! I was there for over 6-7 hours. I'm very sorry it did not work out. I'm sorry I had a terrible experience but in the end it is what it is. I had no choice but to take it down the next day and go back to wearing my hair natural. That process was a bit of a nightmare too because the ends of my braided hair underneath were so knotted and damaged. I now have to get about 1-2 inches cut off from the damage. Lucky that I already have long hair. It's been 15 years since I've attempted any type of braid style and I probably will never try it again. It's truly disappointing. I'm sure the braids service is great but avoid getting faux locks here for sure! The stylist offered to do box braids on me next time but I can't return after all of this. Its just too awkward and no customer deserves to walk away with such a terrible outcome. Update: Today I received a response from whomever decided to respond to my review weeks later. Here is the message I received: "Sorry that he didn't work out we did eve we can to and make for you to have a good experience on braid but I think you are just or into braids . I am very sorry about you experience thanks for your business we appreciate you" So yeah, it's my fault because I guess "I'm just not that into braids...". The whole thing is just terribly unfortunate!

Love getting my hair done here. I have tried French braids into a ponytail, box braids, and half/half where you get French braids and single braids in the back. I have had bad experiences with other shops but I appreciate these ladies being there to save me on my rough hair days lol
