We visited the site today around 7-8 pm. The guy who was serving with a rude attitude, we asked a few things and he didn't even take the time to answer, he just pointed to a sheet of paper and said that what was there is all he had. He answered with a rude and arrogant attitude, a customer became uncomfortable and decided to leave without making purchases. Deplorable service

St Patrick’s day weekend was extremely busy. About 20 people waiting and ONE frantic employee is not okay! Employees should not be scheduled like that on weekends in such a busy place. She was scooping and ringing people up so it took forever, which isn’t her fault.

I live downtown and wanted a hot fudge sundae on the 3rd anniversary of my mom’s death. They were her favorite. It said they opened at noon on Sunday. I walked over after Mass and waited until 12:15. They never opened and there were no employees in the shop. I walked further down the river and found a great family ice cream shop that had been there over 40 years. Justin’s. They had wonderful friendly service and a delicious sundae with Bluebell ice cream. Disappointed I wasted my time waiting for B and J to open.

The hours you claim to be open/closed need to match up to the hours you’re actually open and closed.

If I could put 0 start I would. We went there 12/27/2023. The store was close and was opening at 4:30Pm. The worker arrived at 4:35PM while people were waiting outside and he arrived with car hairs on his T-shirt, with no motivation at all and was depressed to be here. His attitude was not acceptable and if it was my store I would not want to have him representing my company.

It is a small store in a busy place. Service was quick and good. Flavors available are what you can find in grocery stores. Differences are the availability of sundae, and shakes.

The service was not exactly pleasant but they gave us lots of ice cream. We got a scope of coffee and a scope of sweet dream ice cream. Both were very good and not too sweet. They only have outdoor seating. There were napkins and hand sanitizer inside.

Amazing ice cream. The store itself is very small, but you'll be wanting to sit outside and view the Riverwalk anyway! Located on the upper floor, so you'll be looking down at the Riverwalk. Expensive, but expected given the touristy

It’s your typical Ben and Jerry’s. Ice cream was as good as ever. A little over priced but it’s to be expected.

They didn't have all flavors. Man working there is zero polite. Closed the business then open. Looks like he was taking a break. Doesn't represent what we know for Ben & Jerry's.

The ice cream was great as usual and the staff was friendly. Make sure to try the praline ice cream with the cheesecake one, it’s a delicious combo.

Hours listed open until 11pm on Sunday’s. Walked up this past Sunday (8/13) at 9:50pm and they were closed. Staff inside sweeping and counting register. Saw a bunch of other people walk up and they were all just as disappointed as I was. Shame.

Probably would be good but closed at 9:00 in a Friday night.

Closed at 9:40 when it clearly says 10:30. They denied customers when walking in. Don’t promote a time and not back it up. Employees need to be talked to by proper management.
