Went looking to upgrade my car amplifier and was directed over to the installer himself who was very helpful in getting me choose the correct product. The installer was very thorough with the whole installation process. The prices I felt were fair along with the warranty.

Gentleman in computer section had no clue. Upon a deeper look I found my way to the cords I was looking for and someone who listened and offered assistance also taking me to where I made a decision on my item and purchased it and was on my way. Cashier was polite and edited my info.

Car audio techs at San Pedro are good. It’s the policies and procedures with Best Buy that’s the problem. Defective stereo under warranty, yet I had to purchase a new one, other wise it would be at least 2 weeks to have “geek squad” run warranty and ship back. Been buying here for many years, this is the last year.

My recent visit to Best Buy was highly disappointing. The lack of clear communication about their return policy left me frustrated, as it seemed to be intentionally obscured. The website's product recommendations were misleading, suggesting incompatible items, leading to a wasted purchase.What added to the frustration was the erroneous pairing of Apple products, causing confusion and inconvenience. The overall experience was marred by these issues, and I strongly advise others to scrutinize policy details and verify information before making any purchases at Best Buy.

I bought a pre-owned iPhone 12 from here. The "certified" phone was a hunk of garbage. There was dirt on the bottom of the phone, in the silence switch, the speaker holes, and the charging port, there was damage around the charging port and around the camera, which are huge red flags. It was trash. It was over $400 and they wanted to charge me for a restocking fee even if I did an exchange. I didn't do an exchange because they said there is no way for me to see the phone before I would purchase it, and no way for them to verify the phone I would be getting in exchange wouldn't be in just as bad shape. I purchased pre-owned from the Apple Store for $50 more and it comes with a year warranty. Best Buy can go to hell where it belongs.

Prices could be more affordable. A dashcam with the same specs is $50 cheaper online.

I was walking around the store for 30-45 minutes and not one sales person acknowledged me on a Monday night when it was not very busy. Found a store rep and I asked him if he can open a glass shelf to grab some Apple products. He said he was clocked out but he would find someone. I waited for 15 min and no one came. I finally found another rep walking towards me and trying to avoid eye contact. I stopped him to ask for help and he acted like I was bothering him. I really liked this location but their customer service is getting worse. I’m a Best Buy member but this kind of treatment makes me not want to go back here. I hope management sees this review. Please hire some friendly staff that aren’t afraid to speak to people.

Went to buy an oculus quest and couldn't get any help to get it out from behind glass. Waited at the desk for 15 minutes while they were checking out another customer constantly trying to get them to sign up for things and taking forever. Was only 1 person in front of me but that was too much for them to handle apparently. I'm just gonna order it off Amazon instead since they can't be bothered to assist more than 1 customer at a time.

Bought a TV. Salesman was great! They don't work on commission. We were greeted at the door and as we left. Very well organized.

It advertised sales, however didn't see much of a price drop on anything. Even the clearance racks were pretty close to regular price. Not alot of sales people to help, however now days most stores you have to actually look for one for a few minutes.
