Ordered a stove. Due for delivery 2--14-24. Delayed until 2-15, 2-21, 2-24, 2-29. Phone computer customer service will not process without a serial number of item [dah undelivered]. CustomerService Estallo, Jolaiza- CW never responded to email, and 6 phone calls and messages over 3 days. Responded to this person's email and phone message to reschedule delivery. Local rep when called said "am off Friday or Saturday and today Valentine's Day and cannot help you. Went to Costco found the exact stove - by model number. Ordered on Wed and in transit for Saturday delivery and $605.00 less cost. You have warned! .

Wandered around for 15 minutes in an empty store, passing multiple employees on their phones, and received zero help finding what I needed. The checkout kid didn’t even look at or greet me and seemed more concerned with what she was already doing. I was told to have a nice day upon exiting.

Customer service was none existent. Went in to buy a phone and the guy was just trying to up sale us at every corner. Asked questions and he had no answers. Felt rushed out the door, didn’t offer to apply my screen protector(one up sale he didn’t offer). I then went to look at speakers and no one helped at all. Went to checkout and another associate looked like he had walked in off the street. Had a fanny pack thrown over his shoulder. I guess uniforms no longer exist? He scanned my item and it rang up at the wrong price and I went to show him but he just wanted to argue and berate me. I settle for a different product and the boy had such poor customer service experience that he didn’t even attempt to make the situation better. The whole experience was disappointing. Save yourself the time and shop online, all of their associates don’t know what they’re talking about and don’t want to even be there. Avoid this location at all costs.

Would give 0 stars if posible. They over sell new items make you think you got one and cancel it the day before it arrives and 10 days for a refund so because of them I have to wait over a month in total just to get my money back it's honestly a scam and I'll be warning everyone

This store sucks. Chris the repairman for TV's is lazy and doesn't like to help people and their call center representatives have no idea what the hell they're doing. People that don't know how to do their job or don't want to do their job work here. No future with this location.

Another best buy with limited stock on some items and other items are just older or outdated. Go pro section is very limited. Noone seemed to be around looking for customers to help, so I figured I'd look for someone; in the end, I ended up leaving with nothing to buy.
