The most incompetent, careless, irresponsible and unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with, avoid at all costs. I placed an online order and when I went to pick up the order, I asked an employee if I could switch the payment to a different credit card. This employee assured me there wouldn't be an issue. However, it was ultimately impossible for me to leave the store with the item I purchased even after spending 2 hours trying to get it repurchased and resolved.
The following day I received a call from the store manager who told me he would submit a form which should work and once that went through I'd be able to pick up the order. He said that in two days he would provide an update. Two days later I called (10 times) the number and extension I was provided by them to get an update but wasn't been able to get a hold of anyone nor did I received any kind of update. I also sent an email to an address they provided and didn't receive a response.
A week from the day I went to pick up the order, I still hadn't received any update either via a call or email. I went to the store and after speaking with the manager and asking why he never provided an update, all he could do was apologize. An apology doesn't make up for three visits I had to make to the store, nor the 7 days extra that I had to wait because one of their employees didn't know the process. It's absolutely unacceptable that the response from the store manager to this entire fiasco is an apology. This is exactly why everyone prefers to buy online and avoid stores entirely and from now on, I will avoid Best Buy completely.

This review is for Geek Squad.
My aunt was having trouble transferring the data from her old i-Pad to her new. I brought her in even though we didn't have an appointment.
After waiting our turn, the 2 young men that were behind the counter were not only knowledgeable but friendly and respectful. Since our issue required waiting for reboots and information transfers/ downloads, they helped other customers simultaneously without making us feel like we were being pushed aside or brushed off. All the while, they're also answering random questions, like what to do with old and broken devices that are piling up in the corner of my office? They were great!
Technology can be frustrating when you're trying to navigate areas that you don't deal with very frequently. How often do you purchase a new device? Every 3 or 4 years? It's hard to even remember how to change the clock in the car every 6 months for daylight savings! Thank you, guys, for being such pros!

Went in to ‘look’ and came out making a purchase of over $700.
Beats Solo buds earphones are perfect. I tested out the call quality and people are not complaining of all the background noise they hear around me, thankfully.
My husband is sure gonna thank me when he sees his new celebratory gift for his promotion! He’s been needing a new watch and now he can have the best one on the market. This heavy titanium watch that is scratch proof and water proof (not just water resistant) is definitely gonna a game changer for him and his job.
The staff at this store are super polite, considerate, and most of all NOT HOVERERS AT ALL. They come to you if you have questions, they don’t come to you for a sale.

I bought a 75 inch Samsung TV and pay to have it mounted installed in my home. The installers charged me another $350 (I had already paid Best Buy $250) For the bracket and in wall Wiring. They do not come with the wiring that you need such as an HDMI cable I had one and gave it to them and they mounted the TV with that It turns out that that cable was too short for the mounting bracket that they had When I tried to adjust the slant of the TV, the HDMI cable broke That was 10 days ago They were supposed to be here last Thursday and they didn’t show up and they were supposed to be here last Tuesday and they didn’t show up and they were supposed to be here Friday and they didn’t show up I told them that my telephone was not accepting any calls that were not in my contact list so they had to communicate with me via texting which they said was no problem I’ve never been so disappointed and the customer service at Best Buy is absolutely difficult to deal with

Some one give Jermey a raise most helpful person I’ve talk yo my whole life I spend a good 10 minutes talking to him and he just keeps on not trying we couldent find a pair of head phones I wanted we walked around the whole store and finally found it and he even help me stay in a budget of 150 and I got 2 head phones honestly was the most helpful person thank you Jeremy !

Harassed by the AT&t rep that now walks around the store and does not take no for an answer. I will not be coming back. This is the second time that's happened. After reaching out to Best Buy via social media, I was able to confirm the time and date but nothing was done.

Was talked into an open box computer. Was assured it had been check out and was okay. Computer froze and would not update. When I took it back they said they had no open box and I would have to pay full price for a working computer. I explained that’s what Iwanted in first place and I offered to split the difference $150 considering my time billed out at twice that. General manager said they don’t have that margin on hp computers. Checked and margins and he lied margin are at 36% on hp computers. I paid full price and won’t shop there again till my dying day or let God all mighty smite me!
