This used to be the place for all types of tech, and it still has a ton, but there are far better and often less expensive ways to get it now. TVs are mostly a year or more behind the latest models, And so it goes with much of the inventory. If you are a low information buyer, why not go there? Me, notsomuch.

This store has the best customer service!! Yesterday my fiancée went to pick up a locker order and was immediately approached by Cynthia who only assisted him but also stated she would get his order so he didn’t get wet! Today I went in and Cynthia again approached me and asked how she could help. Not only did she listen to what I needed patiently but she also called the right employee to assist me. I was in and out happy with my purchase very fast!
Also, Archie in electronics is very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store for their friendliness and customer service.

Great service was in and out. One star short cuz after waiting in line they shut down those registers and we had to wait again in a longer line at customer service to check out. Hire more cashiers

Went to Best Buy today and there were 2 employees at the register with 1 customer. 1 of the employees was just standing there while I was lost trying to find their desktop computers (passed them like 3 times lol). Issue was they just stood there. I went up to them and asked if I could get some help with finding and purchasing one please, very bluntly as I was frustrated not finding them on my own already. I got what i needed done and all was ok but my visit wasn't pleasant because of that.

Don't buy products here and get it warranty.
You'll be Charged, you're a Geek Squad. Protection plan a year in advance. I had a 2 yeprogram, and it's only been a year 1 year in advance. They tried to charge my credit card. Luckily my credit card told me they were trying to charge me if I proved it. I said hell no I don't prove it. They're illegally charging me a year in advance unethical. So I read they've done this before so I refuse to do business for Best Buy. And I hope they get sued

As soon as you arrive, you are promptly welcomed to the store. Oftentimes, it's extremely busy and hard to get help, so you have to find a blue shirt, and they'll eventually send someone to your area. However, the last time I visited the appliance department, there weren't any customers, and the salespeople were sitting in a group not paying attention to people in their atea. The guy I requested didn't seem knowledgeable nor cared much. But I did learn that Geek Squad Support isn't all it use to be. So don't expect anyone to come out for measurements. At that point, I was turned off and loss the mood to shop, and felt it was a waste of time.
