I picked up mail here a couple of times. The lady that works here is super friendly and helpful. Anytime I schedule pickups etc., everything is ready for me when I arrive.

Get all the details from them when going to pick up a DHL package, especially if is addressed to someone else. They require additional steps beyond what DHL advises for this type of pickup. They don’t tell you what they require till waste your time getting there so be sure to call ahead of time and be very clear with them about what they need from you and the other person so they can release the package. These additional requirements are not posted anywhere on their website or in store. Poor practice for a “professional” establishment.*****edit following the owner's comments and the package pickup****the comments made by the owner are not truthful. The clerk behind the counter confirmed for me that the company had recently implemented new, stricter policy that goes beyond what DHL had requested for this sort of pick-up. Again, my complaint and reason for the one star review were due to this information not being made public at all. Instead, your employee became rude once I questioned why these additional requirements were not made clear or posted anywhere at all.Additionally, my co-worker whose name was listed on the package, informed us that the clerk woman behind the counter gave her a hard time when she went for the pick up as well. Despite the fact that I had informed the clerk that the address would not match my co-worker's DL because it was a business address and not a residential address, the clerk still attempted to withhold the package before eventually releasing it.Overall, my one star rating will remain. For those attempting to receive DHL packaging for business purposes, please call to confirm ALL company requirements for pickup or use someone else. There is nothing wrong with a company being secure in package delivery, but this location does not do well to inform potential clients of necessary requirements which causes unnecessary hassle.
