Outstanding shop, service and staff. Due to major injuries from a recent traffic accident I wanted to transition my 2020 Moots Routt RSL gravel bike from drop handlebars to a straight bar. Hunter, the service manager, listened to my thoughts about updating the bike and gladly took the reins to achieve what I had envisioned. I could not be happier with the result. The bike was a dream to ride before but the changes he made with components to transition the bike to straight bars was phenomenal and made the bike perfect. The entire staff were professional, friendly and enthusiastic for me and how the bike turned out. Thanks guys!!!!
