I want to thank this Big Lots Location for their efforts to keep the store clean and organized during this pandemic. They have kept shelves well stocked and employees are very helpful. Today I tried curbside pick up and it was very easy and convenient. I recommend this store and will continue to do business with Big Lots.

Don't order furniture from here, they sell you the furniture in a box and when you open it, it is broken. You can't get a refund

The staff was very unkind and unprofessional. My family member stopped by this location looking for a comfortable recliner for my elderly father who’s ill. He was ignored until he walked to one of the employees and asked if she worked there? She replied “Yes, unfortunately!” I understand Big Lots will close soon? The poor customer service may be why.

Did you know you can steal and won’t be stopped? Walk in fill up your bag and walk out. They can not stop you or question you, most of the time they are not paying attention. Cameras only face registers, back office and warehouse, and 1 in furniture floor. No cameras anywhere else.

VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT !!! Employee (Adrianna) provided FALSE information about items on hold. Then procedes to get me in contact me with the “manager” (Peggy) who is not only rude and non professional but also threatens customers to pick up their items immediately or she will give them away. Big Lots has lost another valuable customer thanks to these two employees! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Very unprofessional Ms. Peggy especially over a phone call
With a person trying to ask for assistant and trying to put yourself in a situation you weren’t there for to listen to
Who calls them selfs a manager
And acts that way is a BIG no for me
