Food was mediocre for BBQ. Was highly disappointed. Pricing was fair. The sauce isn't very good. Very aged. Friendly service.

I had ordered to go a poor boy meal from MILL LANE. The prices went up and the meal is smaller. But, the bread was hard and a week old on the poorboy.Rarely any BQ sauce. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was grossed out at Bill Millers on Kitty Hawk when I heard someone coughing really bad and when I located the person it was one of their employees holding a bucket of ice and all the germs on the ice! Then he went and through all the ice in the machine my husband said! I went back the next morning and told the manager when I was picking up breakfast tacos and he made an annoyed face and said he would take care of it. I should have taken a picture! I left my phone in the car and had to run out to pick up my kiddos from school at 3pm

Best Bill Miller I've never been to! Poor boy was awesome, unlike other locations where it's mostly fat & tough. Only thing is nothing fried so no french fries I had to get potato salad but that was a good trade off for the poor boy. I almost lost my faith in Bill Miller but this location restored it. Really friendly staff made it an enjoyable trip. Thank you. ?it

The brisket was tender, and the Mac-n-cheese and green beans were good. The barbecue sauce was tomato-based, which is different from the golden mustard-based stuff I'm used to from Georgia. It was good, but not my favorite (perhaps a little thin). The real star of the show, though, was the dessert. The pecan pie was fantastic. The crisp top reminded me of candied/pralined pecans, and the crust was fairly firm, keeping its crunch and structure. The staff were quick to serve us and nice in an informal way, kinda like family.

Website menu says brisket is $17.20 a pound. Get to the bill miller's and price is $19.70 a pound.Granted it's only a $2.50 increase. But it's the principle. I've been eating at bill miller's 4x a week since 1981.I will not ever spend another cent at bill miller and I am considering a lawsuit for false advertising.

This is truly a San Antonio must have.Their BBQ is so delicious the sauce, sausage, coldslaw, mash and hash potatoes . The brownies are to die for so are their pies.Ice Tea is great.I drive often to SA &bring back some indulgement and take to Georgia. No one can make such wonderful delicious & plentiful servings with smiles & courtesy. Not like the other bbq money making corporationsThe Miller family has kept it family oriented & helping their employers with scholarships and the community.THANK YOUVegetarian options: Nothing to say you'vecovered it all.Great!Parking: Always room

whoever answers the phone at headquarters is so rude! ive been trying to get in contact with pay roll for days and haven’t received a call back so im explaining to her my situation and she cut me off and rudely said “they have to get back to you” with an attitude and just transferred me anyways. i was trying to explain that its been days and ive sent multiple voicemails and haven’t received a call back when i need to meet a deadline of tomorrow for what im needing.

It seems that you have let your customers down on a daily basis, the food has really gone down along with the customer service. I would like to keep a positive attitude and keep trying to give chance after chance but where do you draw the line? Why isn't the chocolate marainge on your menu? I have heard excuses after excuses. We all want it back but no dice. I've been in the industry for 31 years and I'm tired of old rubbery brisket or dry brisket. What a shame.
