Taste just like every other Bill Millers but what set this one apart was its customer service. I believe it was the manager (gentleman with the glasses) who really provided a great experience and initiative.

Just had a bad experience at the drive thru. I ordered a large family order with brisket, green beans, hash brown, potato salad, with unsweet tea. When I went to the window they asked me for my bucket which I didn't have. The lady at the window said they charged me for a refill and I said that I didn't have a bucket. The person taking the order didn't ask if it was a refill. They charged me for an additional $2.38 which is the appropriate charge. However it was weird how the person put it in as a bucket refill.The lady at the window then said it would take 10 minutes for the hash browns and told me to park in the front. I waited 15 mins then called the store asking about status. I didn't want to walk in because I have a foot injury and have to put a special boot on to walk. The person who answered said it would be another 5 minutes.I then waited awhile longer and decided to put my boot on and walk in. The person who had my food looked confused and wasn't sure who the food should go to. I asked for the manager and the manager was condescending. I told her that I was told the hash browns would take 10 minutes. She responded with it normally takes 15 minutes to restart the oven. I then told her it's been longer than 15 minutes and told her about my boot situation and why I choose the drive thru. I also told her about the weird tea incident. I made the suggestion to her that maybe next time her staff could make a recommendation to suggest another side, etc instead of having to wait 20 minutes for 1 side.The manager made no attempts to apologize or make my experience any better. I would not recommend this place.

Every time I go there I get the fried chicken, everything else is too expensive for what you get like anywhere else you go nowadays. It's fast food barbecue not much to brag about. If you want real barbecue go where the smoke is it'll probably cost the same and be a heck of a lot better just saying oh yeah the chicken tenders and the chicken fried sandwiches are good also ???

My issue isn't with the food, but with terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't order pick up unless you want to be harassed. Will never return to this location.

Went to the drive thru and the cashier who attended me was very nice. Thank you for the great staff courteous and respectful. Your website Google says tenders with brownies,but I didn't get brownies .

So the food is always excellent but they forgot our sides and then I called and the phone range for 10 minutes. Yall are usually better at this!!!!

wasn’t given the correct drink, nor was i given the packet of pickles and onions that always come with my order, and brisket on my poor boy was dry. will not be back here. ??
