Morning staff is extremely rude and discourteous. As I was walking in A lady was walking out looking very upset . I heard a female employee laugh and say a very rude remark about the lady. There was a gentleman ahead of me that had been standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged in which he wasn’t , multiple employees passing by him as if he wasn’t there . He looked back at me in disbelief and I asked him is there no one manning the register he said he didn’t think so so I asked “ Is there anyone manning the register or should we go to the drive thru ? At that point 2 female employees approached the counter to take our orders no greeting no apologies looked at me to prompt me to order in which I did and politely may I add . After payment cashier handed me my tea and walked away . I stated to the gentleman waiting “ They are so kind here !” In which the same lady from the 1st incident laughed as if it was funny to be rude and exhibit poor customer service. My food was handed to me and I politely asked for lemons and Splenda again was passed items with annoyance, no thank you no have a good day. As someone who works in food service and now a food service auditor I understand food service is tough but the least the employees can do is be kind and courteous to your customers saying good morning and wearing a smile goes a long way if mornings and the fast pace of a high volume restaurant Is more than what you can handle then I would suggest another job. I will not return here in the mornings the tacos are not even the best or most cost reasonable to also have to deal with rude inconsiderate employees.

Waited at the drive thru for like 10 min with only one vehicle in front got to drive thru speaker waited for someone to take my order. Ordered ranchers plate marbled brisket and po boy brisket marbled got home to find out got burnt ends. Called location spoke to someone there who asked if I can bring brisket back I advised out of the way and don’t have time. All was said I’ll advise them and train employees better. We have gone to Bill Millers and have never had a complaint about service it’s always been spot on except today. Very poor service and quality of food at this location.

6:30 am opening hours in dining area makes it a good choice for breakfast before schools. Good eating.

3 brisket plates and 30 dollars later after asking for extra Pico I ended up with 3 slices of meat, 2 small Pico de Gallo, no pickles, no onions. I will not go back there again.

I am absolutely done with this location. Our order is always missing items including condents. Today, we received old, hard chicken strips along with old, hard fries. I have given them multiple chances, but they continue to prioritize speed over quality. The overall quality is absolutely garbage.

Best heat lamp BBQ in Texas. Place hasn't been dusted since the early 90's. 85% of the time drive thru order is wrong.

Portions are getting too small while the price has increased. The poor boys were child sized while very little sauce and no pickles and onions were included. I was very disappointed.
