I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan on purchasing a new TV and surround sound system. Jonathan really listened to my concerns and gave me great recommendations. I could not be happier with the end result. He also came out and did the installation of all the new equipment and got everything up and running for me. I told him that cord management was a concern and he brought his own personal tie straps to make sure that everything was nice and secure. I highly recommend him!!!

All sparkle and no substance! Shopping here is like buying a used car. Slick salesmen that promise everything but never deliver. Products and services are overpriced. I have low expectations for my $2000+ Sonos Arc sound system- I just want sound to come from my speakers when I turn my TV on. Not work at peak optimization, just want sound to come from the sound system and not from the the TV speaker. Will probably never go back except to get my system fixed or get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

My experience with Bjorn’s has been nothing less than exceptional. When you step in the store you know right away that it’s a place of quality. Their associates make you feel welcome and help you with what you may be looking for without being pushy. Their prices are competitive. Best of all you will get the utmost professional customer service, technical service, installation service. I will never buy electronic home entertainment elsewhere. Eric has been my sales rep since I bought my LG and I even bought my last Sony online and took care of the rest on the phone with him. Btw, when you chat online it is with an actual person, not an autobot. Go drop in and just see for your self. They do not stay open late or open Sundays. That’s why they have happy employees to take better care of you.

I’ve been a customer of Bjorn’s since they were located on 410. If you are seeking the highest quality AV equipment, they are unrivaled. The only issues I have had lately is that when I come into the store, there feels like a lot of pressure to rush me out. I am not afforded the opportunity to look around in peace. This last time, I was fairly certain of the equipment I was wanting. My mistake was telling the salesperson who then sat me down, didn’t really give me time to look around at other items and rushed me out of the store. Get it and go mentality. The remainder of the staff were all behind the counter on their computers or phones. No greeting or acknowledgment that I was even present. So while it’s the best place in the vicinity to find high end, quality equipment, the shopping experience is definitely not what I have come to expect from Bjorns. While it is true that Bjorns is a bit pricier than other merchants, that has never bothered me due to the service, knowledge and positive shopping experience there. I may consider just ordering directly from the manufacturer in the future and save driving time, money and fuel.

Bjorn’s has always been my goto place for audio or television. Their staff is highly trained and interested in what you might be looking for. Prices there are very competitive and when you buy from Bjorn’s you are purchasing name brand products, not private label merchandise that other stores sell under meaningless brand names. You are also buying expertise that no one else in the marketplace can actually deliver. As their old saying goes; “We’ve got answers to questions you didn’t even know you were supposed to ask”. Those answers are just a phone call or email away.

We were tempted to purchase our new TV from one of the “cut rate” stores. I am glad we didn’t. Especially when I observed the delivery/set up process. Excellent people who know what they are doing. Picture and sound of new L G are outstanding.

Ronnie and his partner (his name eluded me) did and exceptional job installing my home theater system. They explained everything in detail and made sure we understood all the functions associated with the new equipment. Always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They really do know their stuff and they often offer me ideas for my project that are different from what I came in with, but better than I had been planning myself. And their prices , contrary to what many seem to think, are the same as everybody else’s. Do yourself a favor - just go to Bjorn’s first and get it right the first time.

Best in town or anywhere for that matter. Several years ago I used another company for my surround sound system. They weren’t very good at installing and even worse at servicing. Since I had a Connect4 universal remote, only a few people were qualified to service it. Thank goodness Bjorns agreed to do it for me. Ryan specifically has been a godsend. Over the last few years he’s rectified numerous problems we had with our system. Anytime of day or evening, he responded to my calls for help.We recently moved and needed a new, smaller system for our apartment. I was more than happy to use Bjorns, wish I had seven years ago! Michael & Joseph were excellent at the installation, the new equipment is perfect for our reduced space. We had a glitch due to our older TV and Ryan was right out to fix it. If you’re purchasing an audio or television system, DO NOT go anywhere else but Bjorns. You may think you’re saving some money elsewhere but the price for frustration/anger over not getting any service or problems corrected by your best buy will totally negate any savings you think you got. It’s just not worth it. I cannot emphasize this enough! Thank you Bjorn’s!

I have been a customer for around 20 years. The equipment they choose to carry is always top notch and their sales people and techs are knowledgeable in guiding in purchases. Installations at your home are available for a fee and worth it. Post purchase phone support is exceptionally good
