I rented a saw to cut a few tree branches but it was not useful as the blade was dull.....I spent more time sharpening the blade, but I was not successful at completing the job. The company heard about this complaint and did nothing to correct or improve the situation. Overall poor customer service as well as product performance.

We have used this place for almost 4 yrs to rent a stump grinder! Their stump grinder isn’t the best but it gets what we needed done. They’re old and not always maintained. Our last two times we rented the stump grinder my husband wasn’t into the 1st job the first time for 10 mins when he realized the brake wasn’t working and that’s a big safety hazard and he took it right back! The second time, he was about to start grinding a stump and the belt housing bolts popped off. Again, he took it right back! It was sent into service both times after that. We then attempted to rent once again and when my husband went to pick up he was told we were blocked from renting anymore! They could have told us that over the phone when we had called before we got there! However, it was a true blessing in disguise! We were told about JM rentals on Oblate in San Antonio and let me tell you! What a HUGE difference! The stump grinder was newer and actually had sharp blades! Self propelled, push start, with a reverse button! It was $50 more to rent but SO MUCH MORE WORTH IT!!!! Now we can actually get more stumps done with the new place we found. So thanks Blanco Rental for running off a customer who was only being honest in returning your broken equipment. We won’t miss your old manual unserviced equipment!

They should change the policy because if you come late they charge you another day, they should only charge half a day and not the whole day

Bad service. My husband rented a quick saw that was tested before he left and it worked but when he was going to use it at home it didn't work. He returned to the store and they tried fixing it and it started working again but before he left he asked them to turn it back on to be in the safe side and it didn't work....AGAIN. He didn't get his full credit back because he came back an hour and a half later. He was still getting supplies he needed for the project he was doing. That is why he took an hour and a half to take it back. My husband asked them to give him another one because he needed it for 2 days. They didn't have another one. Needless to say the manager was very rude because my husband wanted his full money back for services not rendered. He even told her if they wanted to come to the house to see that it wasn't used. THE PROOF WAS THERE. THEY TRIED FIXING IT AND IT DIDN'T WORK.

I had a great experience with Blanco Rentals. The lift that I got worked excellent. Claire and Chris at the front desk. We’re very nice and very helpful. I know now if I ever need to rent a tool, Blanco Rentals is the place to get it from. Thanks, Hector.

Blanco Rentals came to the rescue for my company at the last minute and we are forever grateful! After a disastrous experience with Grainger who completely let us down, we were stuck scrambling trying to find some equipment for a major project on a Friday at 4pm. Low and behold, Blanco Rentals came through for us and we had what we needed before 5pm that same day! Thank you so much for being there for us and saving us from losing this project!

Good service but equipment definitely needs to be replaced. I have rented few items and they seemed to work well for few hours but for a full day, I doubt that they will last

Rented a chainsaw yesterday and managed to cut two branches before it went out. Returned the chainsaw and they said it was flooded. Took another chainsaw and managed to cut two small branches then it refused to restart. Upon returning that chainsaw I was told that it was possible that I had placed it on its side which caused it to flood. I didn't bother to point out that in order to refill the oil or gas the chainsaw must be put on its side so it must be something else like carb out of adjustment. He also mentioned that it was not clean which I agreed with because I had just used it to cut wood. I used them for maybe one hour that they worked, and that's a stretch. Was charged for four. I've been coming to blanco rentals for over 20 years. Never been treated like that.

I rented the makita jackhammer. It went out in 20 min of usage. Drive back to the rental place and they fixed it. It worked for another 20 min and it lost power . I wasted the rent money and a day of work . I couldn’t finish not even 15% of the work. Next day I went to Home Depot rented the exact same tool, we finished in a few hours. They must know what they are renting before wasting peoples time. Sorry guys
