Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and kind. Pets got quick treatment and stitches when needed and were treated wonderfully. The clinic show compassion and supported owners through the process and options. Phone call reminders help with appointments and medication requests. They trust the clinic with all sweet babies and five dogs. The clinic always takes excellent care and shows concern when issues arise. The staff are really nice and always have a moment to say hello. The clinic is happy to help and love to take care of four‑legged family members. They also talk through options and address concerns. The clinic can trust your pet is in great hands.
Staff is fantastic with humans and pets. Open during lunch is a plus! Reasonable price and clean facility!

Went to get my dog Rosa treated for an infection. Both Dr. Plouffe and Cat were very compassionate and kind. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and the different treatment options that were available. They made a stressful situation more manageable. I have been taking my pets here for several years now. Dr Knowlton is friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. Melina helped assistant during our visit, and was very caring in making sure my dog was comfortable.
