I've had my car and home insurance through Bluebonnet for over 20 years. Every year they shop my rates with all of the companies they write for. I'm always amazed when I get a phone call like I did this year. They cut my car insurance bill in half! I didn't have to do anything.... They do it without me asking. What a great team that works there! The communication is great to the client! Give them a call and get a great rate and great experience!

I have used Bluebonnet Insurance for all of my insurance needs for over 10 years. They have been so easy to work with, so responsive with all my questions, and they have always had the most competitive rates. I can’t imagine using another company.

Lisa the manager is a crook. They made a mistake on my policy and a she admitted it, sent me an email and begged me to give them another chance. I requested a refunded based on their companies mistake and error and she refused. She know she is wrong and they totally took advantage of me. Do NOT use this company. I finally smarted up and am leaving them with all my business. No customer service and doing what’s right by the customer.
