I paid for my service for over one month in advance (a few days before my phone was stolen) at the store which is also where I bought my first Boost phone. The manager said she couldn't transfer credit to my new device although she remembered the purchase of service and I had a receipt also BOOST AND OR THAT STORE OWES ME FOR A MONTH OF SERVICE, I could care less about their no refunds policy.. ON TOP OF THAT the manager had the nerve to charge me a $30 activation fee and said it couldn't be waived.\\nCrazy!! I worked in the cel phone industry for over 5 yrs and I have never seen such scandalous nonsense having sold for almost all of the major carriers thru third party distributors.

NOW, WHILE I HAD ANOTHER CARRIER SERVICE ACCOUNT, WHEN MY CELL WENT INTO A FRENZY, DEALING ME WITH EXTRA ISSUES, WHEN I ASKED HER, WHAT WOULD BE MORE FITTING TO MY NEEDS OF THE USE OF A NEWER CELL, AND ALL AROUND GOOD CELL, AS OF USAGE, STAND BY MODE, TEXTING, AND NO DROP CALLS, WITH THE USAGE OF PHONE SERVICE INSIDE OF BUILDINGS \\u0026 ELEVATORS, I WAS SHOCKED, WHEN SHE BLURTED OUT BOOST MOBILE, IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO BY, AND GET GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS, EASY TO USE, BUY WELL PRICED ACCESSORIES, WITH HELPFUL TEAM MEMBERS, WHO WILL HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS, THAT YOU MAY ENCOUNTER, OR HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT. GREAT, ALL AROUND STAFF \\u0026 CONVENIENCE. SATISFACTORY TIME LIMIT, ENOUGH PARKING, NEAR 2 BANKS, EATERIES, SHOPPING STORES, AND EASY ACCESS TO OTHER OUTLETS, IN THE AREA. WHILE THERE, I SWITCHED CARRIER SERVICE, RECEIVED A BETTER SMART PHONE, SAMSUNG S7/32GB CAMERA, WITH MY PERSONAL LOVELY COLOR. I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY, WAY OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH BOOST MOBILE.
