Went to help a friend transfer his old service to new service.....Guy working there named MO was so helpful and completely went to bat for us.....the old company was giving us a hard time switching over and MO said hand me the phone I got this.....and was arguing with the other service cause they were giving my friend a hard time switching over and getting his transfer key and was trying to make him pay for the transfer key But MO was amazing handling the situation...We left with a new phone new service and new phone case!!! If u want someone who will go above and beyond ask for MO!

I went to have my sim card changed, the girl locked me out of my phone. She then called the manager & told her I could go somewhere else & have it unlocked. When that didn't work, I called T- mobile & boost mobile customer service to see if they could do, they couldn't help me. I went back, the manager sent me somewhere where they would charge me to unlock it, he said he would reimburse me. I went, they charged me $80. When I tried to go back to get my reimbursement, I got excuses. I even left my number for them to call me. I never got a call. Don't ever trust those people, they're crooks.

The young lady that works there (Marisa) I think was her name very helpful i don't know much about my cell and forgot my password pins and everything else and she was very patient and nice about everything THANK YOU SO MUCH GIRLS
