I had service with Boost for about 2 years now I purchased a phone 11 & paid it in full the service has been terrible recently calls dropping and very slow. I decided to switch services I called the customer service number for boost to get my transfer pin and unlock my device turns out I have to wait a full YEAR before I can have my device unlocked which I paid in FULL like i mentioned before and keep in mind the sales man that sold me the device never let me know when I purchased it they are scamming people left to right adding extra charges on for phones cases that were never given to me I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years I have come to the same store. But since this April girl took over it’s been my worst experience with lack of customer service. I will no longer be a customer thanks to her services I decided to change providers. Don’t visit this store

I couldn’t give them a zero don’t get boost especially don’t go this location I had to pay for the more expensive plan the lady that works there said I can change the plan one month after I’m almost going on a year and still can’t change my plan. Stay with METRO or anything else than boost the people don’t know English on customer service so it makes it harder.

Cinthia is a model sales woman. I answered her ad on OfferUp and she was very fast in answering my questions, she is very talented as she was helping me ON TOP of another customer while remaining calm, collected, and extremely efficient. the manager, jay, was extremely helpful just now over the phone. i was having problems with my android system and he helped me the best he could and i was going to come in but his instructions were great and we got the problem situated. i appreciated his patients and his help, such a wonderful person who deliver wonderful customer service. thank youu !!
