I stayed on hold with customer service for 45 minutes, again for 30. The store representative called cs and was on hold for an hour. Nobody answered his call either. I hate Boost Mobile

The new owners have been denying my elderly mother service because she is questioning their billing. She has been overbilled several times and service interruptions are plentiful. I am filing a complaint with the BBB because from the sound of it, there are some discriminatory practices happening. Not sure if it's because she's older or Mexican but neither discrimination form is going to fair well on the Southside of SA.

Mo did an amazing job with customer service. He helped me with all of my questions and assisted me with transferring a new phone line to a brand new phone.

Mo was being forcefully to buy a 5g phone..he was being rude when I told him 5G does not work where I live and he told me well your not home all day are you..I was very upset and thought about going to a new carrier..

Purchased a phone upgrade for my mother at this location and after 2days we returned to the store for exchange or refund. But even after the sales agent saw the phone not receiving calls still didnt honor the warranty and told me he couldnt help me and turned me away. We will never use this location for our customer service needs.
