I absolutely hate this company. They have deceptive marketing practices and intentionally make the process of switching your service to another carrier drawn out and lengthy. Please do not spend your money with them.

HORRIBLE, customer service. Slow. They said they could not proceed my payment due to not having enough change. Plus I walked in the store and worker was laying down on couch with house shoes off. Hahaha what type of business is this. It's a shame.

Called to ask a simple question about my Bill and dude just told me to call 611 I hung up , called another Boost mobile where I was immediately helped and problem solved without having to call 611 this is the type of customer service that will make me switch to your competitors

Worst customer service ever! The two sales person kept trying to charge me for the phone (Motorola coach prime) which was clearly free with the promotion they had in store.

Olivia that worked at the store in September 2023 lied to sell me four IPhones 11s I paid cash for. I asked a million questions prior to purchasing and currently wanted to change providers as a family to save on the monthly fees. I have two phones that are unlocked and two that are. Sunny was very nice and attempted to assist me and was very respectful and understanding. Unfortunately this company leaves their employees to take all the slack because there was no direct customer service line that could rectify my issue only reading “policy “ yet I have two phones that apparently beat the odds. Sunny gets five stars although nothing was resolved but Olivia. … zero star was earned. Lying to make a sell is very unfortunate and not appreciated.
