Worst customer service ever! The two sales person kept trying to charge me for the phone (Motorola coach prime) which was clearly free with the promotion they had in store.

Olivia that worked at the store in September 2023 lied to sell me four IPhones 11s I paid cash for. I asked a million questions prior to purchasing and currently wanted to change providers as a family to save on the monthly fees. I have two phones that are unlocked and two that are. Sunny was very nice and attempted to assist me and was very respectful and understanding. Unfortunately this company leaves their employees to take all the slack because there was no direct customer service line that could rectify my issue only reading “policy “ yet I have two phones that apparently beat the odds. Sunny gets five stars although nothing was resolved but Olivia. … zero star was earned. Lying to make a sell is very unfortunate and not appreciated.

Customer service is non existent. The stores can not communicate with the people at the call center, they just refuse to do it. Been told I need to call boost but then they tell me I need to go to the store. The website is terrible. DO NOT enroll in the autopay, you wont be able to get rid of it!!!! My line has been suspended for 3 days due to an "internal issue". I use my phone for work and I have to go out and purchase from another company because no one can tell me when it will be fixed after calling 10 times over 3 days. I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone ever. Worst service.

He will lie. Called in and asked for a specific phone and price. He told me is was in stock and quoted me a price. I arrived within 10 mins. Once I arrived he tried selling me a lower model, telling me it was better. He then tells me he quoted me the price on the lower model and the one I called in about is reserved for another customer.
