This man was very rude when I asked him to explain my grandmothers bill then he threatened me if I didn’t leave he was going to call the police just for simply asking about the bill I assured him I worked with boost mobile in the past & her bill didn’t add up even got me for trespassing just for asking about the bill something needs to be done about him DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I visited the marketplace that has all the other carriers — Metro, Total, and Cricket — but after shopping around, I decided to stop by Boost Mobile to check out the new iPhone 17 Pro Max.
That’s when I met Sam, who gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! He was humble, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Sam told me about the Infinity Access Plan, which includes free yearly upgrades, and gave me an amazing deal that no other store could match.
I ended up switching all 3 of my lines to Boost Mobile, and I’m really happy with my new phone and the service.
Highly recommend Boost Mobile and especially Sam — he truly goes above and beyond!

They advertise all these deals to get you into the store but when you show up they don’t offer you them, instead the guy asks “how much money do you got?”

I had an amazing experience at this Boost Mobile store! I got a great deal on an iPhone 15 with just $10 down. I was facing some financial issues, but Abby went above and beyond to help me get my dream phone. He’s a magician when it comes to customer service! Out of all three stores at the marketplace, this one has the best service. I highly recommend everyone to visit him!
