Rainy Friday morning and didn't have no time. I had to rush to boost mobile AND MY NEAREST LOCATION DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT NEVER BLAME PEOPLE FOR PROBLEMS. I rushed to Fredericksburg location to receive a new phone. Walked in and greeted with a nice gesture. Great rebuttals and great experience as a costumer. I'd had waited for the best deal possible and Sammy help so much. A new employee who yes did have some issues because she was a new employee. Called her coworkers and all worked as a team to get me the best-selling phone possible. This new girl should and will succeeded at boost mobile and new opportunities will come to her ? thanks Sammy the wait was worth the price and gratitude.

My sister came in yesterday, to ask about the free internet, but the management instead came up saying she needed to get a phone or tablet , to get the free internet box , which he didnt give her the internet box , andWhen she called him about the missing internet box , the management said to come in Saturday to get it , that but we are here and the employee, at first he just an employee and only been here 3 months , and then he said that the management called and told him everything but lied and said that my sister wanted the tablet not the internet,False advertisement- this store 3943 Fredericksburg rd ..78201 , for the free internet..Telling thier customers that in order to get the internet box you need to purchase a phone or tablet ..When you dont need to purchase anything but the internet box but there is a catch with this store ..I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS STORETHEY WILL PLAY YOUAND FORGET TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING ANDACT LIKE HE DIDNT SAY IT
