worst location EVER. the lady Laura in the front was way more worried about her personal phone then to help, went back to the location 3 times and called over 10. With no answer after the first call. went In to make my payment at 10am, it’s still 2pm and my services were still not back on connected. went back to the location and called just for her to be more worried about the new phone sales customers that were coming in and just brushed me off to the side. Asked for a refund to goto a different location that would actually do there job. was denied and stated I needed to call customer service because they could not complete my refund. didn’t give receipt nor confirmation codes for my payment but had no issue with taking the cash payment. with services still not connected after 5hours.

Ask for Hami he was great . He had answers for every question I asked and was very polite and respectful. Gave me a great deal and was very joyful to be helping me out . We had some laughs and i felt very pleased with the phone I purchased. Thanks Hami keep up the steps and the good work .

I went into this store with the decision made I was going to buy a phone and plan. I walked in to a sales rep who turned me off and out the door in about 3min. She didn't know anything about the online deals. Didn't bother to see if I qualify for a deal. Didn't care to show me any phones.. basically acted like I was a bother and she was bored to death!! That's ok..I'll go back to Metro. She works on Marbach and acted like it. Boost your in trouble with this representative

Most unprofessional company I have ever interviewed with. I had an 11 am interview Mari. I show up 15 mins to my interview and my interviewer is not even there. Ended up wasting my gas and time. During interview another “manager” walks in during in interview (obviously late) and just stares at me. After being asked the same question in different formats, I was told she would call the next day to give me an answer. Common courtesy does not exist anymore. I never received a call or text to let me know if they decided to move forward with someone else. Do better boost mobile.

So my husband and I took my mom to Boost mobile in Marbach so her iPhone can be activated from T-mobile carrier. My husband asked the lady at the counter how much is the activation fee, monthly fee and other fees. She said $90 , so my husband asked for a breakdown so he knows what he is paying for then she said it really fast and rudely. My husband asked her to slow down because he is writing it down, she didn’t slow down then my husband asked if it was you in my shoe what would you do, she answered I wouldn’t ask I would just pay. My husband told her why $90? The boost mobile at pearlsall road was only $60, but their system was down so we came here, the she yelled at us and said you’ll could go there, god bless you. So we left and called Boost Mobileat Persall rd, and told the lady over there what happened, she said the person at Marbach was trying to make $30 out of us because she should not even mentioned Reactivation fee since the phone was never activated with boost mobile before. Needless to say, we felt so disgusted by the lady at Marbach and don’t want our experience to happen to anyone. She was very rude and disrespectful. We finally got my mother’s phone activated for $60.

I got scammed. Got an email saying I needed to upgrade to a 5G phone, and they were offering a free upgrade,"in store only". They tell me they don't have that phone. So I ask what's the next best thing. Still wanting a 5G phone. I was duped into buying a new Moto G Pure under the false pretense that it was a 5G phone and was only $30 to upgrade. I end up spending $100 with a cover, screen protector, and extra connection fees and what not. I get home and start to explore my phone and come to find out IT'S NOT A 5G PHONE AT ALL!! I'm so pissed right now. I guarantee if I go back they won't refund me my money and they will quote me some ridiculous price for a 5G phone and I'll end up spending more money.
