Guy is a total scam artist. I came in for holidays specials. This guy said for under 200 this is the best we BM offers. I said the specs look weak on both the processor and camera. He said no this thing is almost as fast as a I phone 16. Is it as fast as a Motorola edge plus ? He said sure. I said I doubt it. He said this is phone people are coming in for, you will like it. Looks to me like the moto 5g stylus which has the same processor as the moto edge plus and more memory than the Samsung will outrun it. He said absolutely Not. Rang up the crummy Sam for 209. I came back a few days later upgrading my family plan phones. The store was locked up closed in early afternoon. I called. Not to worry on my way. Car pulls up ten mins later while I was texting in car. Guy unlocks front door and enters. I said I want to try the moto 5g stylus on another line but I think I am gonna bring back that crummy Sammy . It does Not smart device sync. He got gruffy, saying absolutely no returns at this store. Not to be mean but you cannot dispute it and we will sue you for fees and damages. I said well I will call BM about it . Do you have a moto 5 g stylus I could get? He said I advise you not to buy any phones in here and further You need to get out of my shop before I call the police. I left reported the snuck to BM relations dept and ordered my phone from BM. For the bucks on an upgrade the Motorola 5 g stylus was the right choice for me. Stay Away from this crummy store on Walzem road.

I don't recommend boost mobile to anyone. these guys scams customers. They lie just to get you into buying a new phone so they can get a commission. Zachary the Manager lied to me about my payments for a new phone. They are deducting $298.00 dollars a month for 2 phones and the service. As soon as my contract is over I will never go there again.
