Added a new plan, bought a new phone, and transferred data between phones. In and out within 45 minutes. Danny, my very helpful T-Mobile Associate, was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, professional, and skillful. He was a pleasure to work with and reflected very well on the store.

Whatever you do, don't let them sell you tempered glass screen protectors here; I bought one on Sunday and fell off by the next morning — they put a fresh one on and I just barely finished driving straight home and the stupid thing is already peeling off again (see video).
I'm not sure if the store bought a bad batch from the supplier, or if these are simply of incredibly poor quality, or what, but this was a total waste of money and you could buy a three-pack of much better quality screen protectors off Amazon for $7 vs the $15-$20 they have their trash-grade singles marked up to.
I was told I could get my money back for it but when I went in just earlier they flat out refused, acting as though I was just making this up; not sure if the lady at the counter was just having a bad day or what but it seemed like my just being there was a huge inconvenience to her.

I Wanted to switch to boost from tmobile and get the new Motorola coach prime. They said it's free in store so I called and they tell me it's not, i have to pay $99 for it. Went to the store and they raised the price up to $120 I even showed the sales person Boost website saying it's free, they also have a big poster in the store saying its free too but the response from them is "I don't know", even said I have to buy insurance on the phone to get that price

It's has nothing to do with this location but the business yes! Boost mobile took my money for a chip the was nolonger in service and was terminated but took my money from my bank card then refuse to refund me... Customer service not even in US, it's in taiwan & you can barely understand what they are saying plus they barely understand what I'm saying ??? it's funny somewhat now but I wasn't laughing at first.. I nolonger phone with these folks & I hope y'all don't either!!
