I was very satisfied with my visit. I rarely write reviews but I had to show recognition for a sales rep, Hami. Very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the best deal. My priority was to save money, he understood that, and helped me personally.

This could be a great place to do business, but Boost store person ' Hami' was not honest with us..after we told him our purpose to switch/buy new phones and plans, was for direct honesty. We were NOT told who 'the finance's Co was, given no paperwork, and had to track down this info thru the Internet. Then, to take advantage of the 90 day payoff off the finance, we're not told we would be charged 20% more for doing so and other hidden charges were not told to us when we bought from Boost. Plan is great (cell service $80 for 2 phones). But Hami', if you want to be a good business owner, be honest! You'll get far. I highly recommend Boost Co for their value ( cost of phones and service and finance availability), but Boost store customer service was not there because of the deception. By the way, the finance co Smartpaylease is awesome! They answered my question, even sent me a copy of my paperwork... what I should have received from the Boost store,

Ms. D was very helpful when I went to go get help with my phone that I was having issues. She has a very good attitude towards customers and very polite even though she was taking care of 3 customers at a time. My respect for her she was by her self working. Y’all need any phones she will help y’all go with her. Thanks D

Front desk guy is very very helpful and honest… took my phone here because the one in WW . White couldn’t they made me wait 4days I came here and it took less then 10 min for them to activate my phone I RECOMMEND COMING HERE ! Very good prices too !!

I just left the store on Goliad Rd. in San Antonio, Texas where I found my phone was infected. The young man explained the problem and how to avoid it. Your young man was so helpful, kind and respectful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOST MOBILE!!! No refund?
I recently went in to do a sim card upgrade after being emailed nonstop. Well I went in store and was excited to get a free sim upgrade for me and my partner. Well my partners phone was not eligible for the upgrade but mine was for now. So with that said the sales rep then started pushing new phones on us to buy because we were eligible for upgrades too. The sales reps Melody and Cyndy were adamant about our service being better and more reliable with the new expanded service. So we let them convince us to buy new phones with the promise of better everything. Well we finally get home and nothing works. My calls were being dropped, hotspot ran slower than any dial up connection ever, and to top it off we were never told we couldn't get refunds till the following days when we tried to return the phones. So now I'm out $350+ because:
1) They never told me there was no refund policy even at the time of purchase.
2) They lied and said anything and everything they could to get me to buy a new phone.
3) Boost customer care service would rather waste my time trying to "fix" my bad service instead of trying to offer me any sort of compensation.
4) They won't even unlock my phone so I can take it to a service provider that actually works.
They literally did everything they could to make sure I couldn't get a refund. I have been a loyal boost customer for well over 4+ years and now I feel more betrayed than I ever have in my life.
I used to recommend boost to everyone I knew before the expanded network was introduced. I even went ahead and put a friend on my family account when he needed a phone service. Now I wouldn't even spit in the direction of a boost mobile store. If you value true customer service and honest words, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
