My wife bought me a pair of boots for my bday, the size on these boots is different than shoes since I needed to exchange for a wider boots, after the exchange the new boots I got were cheaper than the one I returned, doing the refund I was suppose to get the difference in cash refunded but somehow I did not understand how they did the transaction and I was talking to the lady manager about not understanding how they do refund and taxes, and reapply the tax again, this older guy with a goatee got offended and jumped in the conversation took the receipt from the lady and told me I that I did not need to understand the transaction because the computer software will do it with attitude, I felt the tension so I did not argue with him just for the location of the store and the kind of customers he is getting he shouldn't jump in to the conversation the way he did, could done in a different polite way, I will never go to that location regardless I live on exit away, I will go to the Ingram location people are friendlier never had any unpleasant experience like this guy did. And if it happen that this is the owner for both location who behave like this, I will take my business to Cavender.
Man you don't know who walk through them doors for you to behave that way.

This place has boots that have a defect but because they have them discounted 20.00 already they wont discount them for the defect. Even if youre spending 500.00 on other purchases...just like boot barn to let a customer walk out...this place is a joke...

Been shopping at this Boot Barn for the last 6-8 months and have yet to have less than 2 associates ask if I need help. Selection is a little slim on something compared to the bigger Boot Barns like the one on Ingram but love they have a Military Discount and their rewards program can save you money in the long run. Had built up quite a bit of points that transfered into $15 off that they will stack and I did a purchase review that gave me another $5 they stacked and ended up saving over $70 between the $ off coupons and the military discount. If you're looking for boots talk to Jack! Younger tall gentleman but super knowledgeable and truthful about boots. Help me find these gorgeous Tony Lamas

So glad we came here! After talking to three other retailers, we were told my daughter was “looking for a unicorn” meaning the style and color she wanted didn’t exist. Enter Austin, our super friendly and helpful sales associate, who helped us locate exactly what she wanted in record time. And when her size wasn’t in stock, he found the same style in a different color to ensure a proper fit, then ordered them to be delivered next week. She’s ecstatic, and I’m relieved we didn’t have to drive to yet another store. Thanks, Austin—you’re the best!

SCREW GABRIELA! Today is Wednesday, October 11 2023 and I just had the absolute worst experience at this Boot Barn. The reason for this is the horrid employee that is named Gabriela. Ever since walking into the store Gabriela had been following us around and sort of “overseeing” us as we were looking around. The presence she had was very passive aggressive and made it difficult for us to enjoy shopping. Then we went to go and try on a pair of pants with a pair of boots in the fitting room, when Gabriela made the experience awful. She told us in a very rude and dominant tone that we couldn’t bring in any boots into the fitting room. I understand if it’s store policy, but the way she conveyed this message was incredibly bad. Once we were done and finished shopping, Gabriela rang us up at the register and then I asked a simple question. What are rewards? Why don’t I have any? After spending 400 dollars in the store I’d expect to have a few points. Gabriela then told me in her condescending voice that “That’s not how rewards work, if you had rewards I would then tell you.” Never in my life have I hated an employees attitude so much. For this customer service alone, I would not recommend this location to anyone. I know this is not regular for all boot barns as the location in Forum handled me and my requests excellently. Gabriela should not have this customer service job and should be fired.

Always helpful at this location. It has a smaller selection than some of the other stores, but they're constantly getting in new items. I recently bought a Stetson hat I've been wanting but could never find anywhere else

Service was excellent. All employees were very friendly & helpful. Big shout out to Rose who made my shopping experience a pleasure. I will go back & shop more. I always find what I need. The employees always check on me.
