Loved the clothes, jewelry and selection. Hats and boots have a similar If nit letter better selection at cavenders. For women's clothes I think boot barn MIGHT have been a bit better but boots and hats cavendars had a better selection.
Most importantly and the only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the customer service was not good. The 1 person helping with cowboy hats was very rude, not wanting to help, made multiple rude comments and due to that we did not buy a hat there and bought it from cavendars, even after spending $350 there on clothes. Disappointing. The manager and hat employee really need serious improvement in customer service skills. They did NOT care at all.

Rodney did a great job helping me find the perfect boot for me. Was very knowledgeable, didn’t try to upsell me the $300 boot but instead heard my needs and got me the perfect boot. I appreciate yall and will be back soon.

Store manager, Rhonda, is very rude. Doesn’t acknowledge customers nor her employees as they walk in. When customers ask her for assistance she makes faces as though everyone is an inconvenience to her. Won’t even answer the question directly. I’ve been in here on multiple occasions recently and this is always the way she is. Horrible customer service, or shall I say, lack of.

My husband and I were looking at work boots. Their vast selection leaves little space for size variations, but we were able to get a feel for what he really wanted, despite them not having exactly what we needed in store.
Rodney was helping us out and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
