We walked in right after they opened and were created by Kelly and Amanda right away. They all were happy to help us with boots and recommend a good condition for my new boots and the pair I already have. Kelly was great and helpful

Be sure to have patience when coming here. In the past 2 months, been here three times and each time it has taken an extremely long time to check out. Today at 6:15 on Oct 27th was the worst.
First off, the gentleman near the men’s changing rooms wasn’t helpful at all. Asked him a question and simply said “it depends on your style” and left us alone. Thanks for nothing.
Then while checking out, it took 8 mins total to get rung up from the first scan to walking out….8 mins!!! 3 cashiers and a supervisor and it still took that long. Then to make matters worse, a manager of some kind or the owner was standing near the entrance. She just watched as 3 of her cashiers asked and needed help. She said a few things but still stood by the entrance. Why not come around and help/train your people? Why leave them there to drown? Maybe she didn’t do anything because she wasn’t on the clock, who knows. But it was brutal!

I was in the store shopping today. Went up to the register at 6:05 and they unfortunately would not cash me out because they “closed the register”. I was not given any option besides come back tomorrow. I really felt like they could have cashed me out but were too lazy to do so. The store is open to make money and not turn customers away.

Amazing selection and reasonable pricing. Bought a coat for fall on clearance and these stunning boots. There was an overwhelming amount of clothing options that all seems high quality.

Boots don't come on a box or wrapped just the ones you touch and try on the ones EVERYONE TRIES you get those. No spray no bag nothing. Weird to me for our first time EVER buying boots

They have a large collection of offerings other than boots. I found this belt without specifically looking for one. It was such a a good looking elt, .and well made that I couldn't resist.
