I went to boot barn yesterday, my husband gave me 150.00 to buy cowboy boots because we are going to the rodeo next month. I walked in and was looking at the boots and an older lady approached me and I said I was looking for some boots around 150.00 keep in mind I have never shopped for cowboy boots. She replied not gonna happen here, I was so mad and just walked out. She could have explained the reason she did not have any in that price range or explained why their boots are more expensive. I would have spent more money. I ended up going to Cavenders where my salesperson showed me a lot of styles and explained why some were cheaper. I ended up spending more money at Cavenders. I can now y believe how rude this lady was and it seemed like she did not want to help me. I have worked retail for 40 years and wou of never talk to a customer the way she spoke to me.

I didn’t have a rich look so not a single employee asked if I needed help. As soon as a rich looking person walked in staff would rush to acknowledge them.

Screw these clowns! They made me waste my time and $50 of my money by giving me the wrong information on their return policy when I asked them before making my purchase over the holidays! Never going to do business with them again if the employees are this incompetent and don’t care! The only reason I went in the first place was to shop for family.

I have been shopping at Boot Barn for many years and have always enjoyed my experiences, which is why I feel the need to address a recent issue that was very disappointing.
I purchased a belt as a gift for a family member, but the belt was missing a piece. I returned to the store to exchange it, and since the size I originally purchased was no longer available, I was required to pay an additional $15 to get a different belt.
Later, the person I bought the gift for did not like the replacement belt, so I returned it and requested a refund. At that point, I was told I would only receive the $15 difference and not the full amount I originally paid. In addition, the store refused to return my original receipt.
The situation was made worse by the customer service I received. The employees were rude, belittling, and made me feel foolish for simply asking for my money back. I did not receive a full refund, and the way I was treated was unacceptable.
I have been a loyal customer for years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Emily was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while were shopping for boots. While waiting and looking around we had multiple people offer assistance. All my experiences here have been great.

Terri helped me and my husband find the perfect boots without adding pressure that you can get from other stores. She was so helpful and we appreciate the attitude she had the whole time. 10/10 experience

Very poor experience at this location. We went in to purchase boots for my grandson but we were approached by a sales lady that was very rude and disrespectful. Obviously they have a problem at this location because I've read other reviews and they complain about the sales people. I noticed a pair of boots were priced at $64.99 and the same size same brand of boots were priced at $69.99. I asked the sales lady if they would honor the lower price since it was their mistake and not ours. She took the boots out of my hand and said she couldn't give them back to me. I told her I wanted to purchase those boots but she said I couldn't purchase them until she changed the price. I asked her to ask the manager and she just walked off. If these employees can't do their job and make sure all the prices are the same then they shouldn't be in sales. Because its their mistake that caused this issue. She was very rude to us and after that she went to the back and never came out again. We ended up purchasing the boots and when we approached the counter to pay the girl behind the counter didn't have any kind of customer service skills because she didn't greet us or even make us feel welcomed. It was the total opposite. She made us feel unwelcomed and like we were bothering her. She was very monotone and cold. We definitely won't return. I recommend management re-train these employees so they won't lose any more business

I went to this location for the first time in my life and all I can say is what a wonderful experience to have with something so important.. The young man Josh N was so kind and helpful, educated me on the difference on each type of boots they have..
What an exceptional young man, made me feel confident in my decision for the pair I purchased.. I will definitely be coming back for all my boots and boot accessories.. And when I do return I hope to have him as the one to help me as him and all the staff were so kind and patient.. Management was just as amazing thank yall for such a wonderful experience
