North Star Mall Box Lunch in San Antonio is by far the worst customer service location I have been too. The staff is always too busy in conversation with themselves than to acknowledge customers.

Frankie single handedly frauded me! She admitted that she was at fault for me never getting a pick up notification for my $85 order. I live an hour and a half away and this is my closest BL location. When I got there today I was basically out of options- I would have to repurchase again at full price or leave. I wasted 3 hours of my time, gas and money. Thanks, Frankie!

Employees are nice and helpful. They have a positive attitude even though the mall has them suffering in a small store with no AC. I hope they fix it soon. Just because they can work with no Ac doesn't mean they should have to.

i went to check availability on an item but unfortunately was out of stock and asked an employee for help on it and she went out of her way to check and call another store and ask if they could hold it for me until i go over there and purchase. i wish i had gotten her name to write this five star review but the employees there are so wonderful! would def come again to shop!!
