Untrustworthy & unprofessional. They overcharged compared with quote given at the time of estimate. Never called me or got my approval. When I went to pick up they were like OH we did not see the other sensor but if you want we can take it out.!!!. Almost $700 work , 10 years with them taking my 4 different cars but no, they don't care. I will take my business some place else next time who appreciates me giving them work and I will feel safe with their work.

My sister had a flat, on a Sunday evening. Her car barely made it as we came across to Brake Check! They were closing, but saw our needs and not only tried to put air in, but a large leak and/or rim problems. Gave us all the probabilities and possibilities of the tire problems! They worked on our tire, after hours. And didn’t take advantage of our vulnerable position. Now that’s service! We would have been left without no help. Tire had a huge hole after we hit a pothole. They were the kindest and went way out to help us 3 senior ladies. CHRIS,, JOEY & ANTOINE thank you soooo much for helping us. Our tire heros @the I10 Frontage by UTSA exit location.

Joe, Antoine & Chris were so gracious to help replace a tire just as they were closing on Sunday. I sincerely appreciate their overtime for me. They were all very polite & extra helpful. I cannot express my appreciation. And, my husband thanks these 3 young men.

Nice and friendly. I went to the Bandera and 1604 location first and they didn't offer me the free brake inspection - dezavala did. I ended up completing a break flush with the Dezaval location. I'll be back for sure.
