“I took a Brietling watch to Lee Michael’s La Cantera store for battery replacement. Despite this being a small service item, I was met by Emily, and was treated as if I was the most important customer of the day. She was friendly, helpful, professional and arranged for the service. The watch was promised back in 3 to 5 days and it was repaired and ready in that time. At pick up, again staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. What a great feeling to go in for a small item in a high budget store and to be treated as if you were , buying the big items. I’ll be back.”

“If I could give 20 stars I would! Not only is Van an incredible dress designer and seamstress, but she is such a kind person who truly loves what she does! I was referred to her by a friend after having a terrible experience with the seamstress from my dress shop. Luckily I trusted my gut that something wasn't right and picked up my dress before they started cutting. Going to Bridal Perfect was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning.
Van knew exactly what I needed done without me having to tell her so I knew right away I could trust her and this was no easy task! My dress was beaded head to toe. This was one of my favorite bridal experiences and was so stress free!
She is the best in town and I will be going back for all my future alterations Thank you so much Van, you made my wedding day so special!”
