My mother in law is 70 years old. They gave her a credit card with a 12,000 limit and a predatory interest rate of of almost 30%. When she went into the bank to ask about reducing the interest rate or at least reducing the credit line, the rep took it upon themselves to open her ANOTHER credit card, this time at 7k, with the same interest rate. She now has 2 Predatory credit cards that I will be helping her close and we will move EVERYTHING to a Credit Union. I have no clue why ANYONE would think it’s ok to LIE to an old lady about “helping” her when all they really did was help themselves meet their sales goals and put her in danger of accruing debt she can’t pay off. There is no acceptable reason for doing this, avoid this bank entirely because they are only out to take advantage of people for financial gain. Greedy and dangerous.

We have been with bank for years! Never had an issue, when my husband passed they were so helpful never pushy or give advise unless asked. I like that they know me by name and treat me so well.

Called ahead to see if I could get a cashier's check without having an account with the bank. A lady informed me that I could, just a 5$ fee. When I arrived to the bank in person, I was denied a cashier's check

They made us wait for 45 minutes to print a paper containing just my name and my husbqnd name to sign for safe box ... it was not rush time ..no costumer was there... just us and employees... feel exhausted qbout this experience.. it was like racist costumer service..? think qbout canceling this account go somewhere else

I’ve never had a problem here at this bank. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely helpful. I can’t say I have ever had to wait long either. Best banking experience so far! A++

Terrible customer service you want answers they will give them to you they're polite when you first go in there but after that they could care less try to open an account I even had money and they said they can help me if it's really truly truly care about their customer service help me anyways but I guess that's not I'll stick with my old bait that I've had for 3 years
