I was in the burn unit intensive care for a month. 95% 2nd degree burns over my whole body. They’re expertise saved my life. But i still have nightmares about what I went through. Plus the drugs I was given I really don’t know what was real. But there were some very excellent nurses who cared for me. I wish I knew their names.

In 38 years I have not had a problem with my medications until today. I had such trouble getting my new paperprescriptions. I receivedmisinformation from the staff. Very disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve one. I text to get in line for a prescription on early morning Wednesday 12/14 was told it would be don’t by 2pm same day and it’s 12/18 and still haven’t got a text or call saying my prescription is ready and I just need heartburn medicine.

The the DMV of pharmacies. You call ahead to “activate” a prescription (a call that is 30+ minutes on hold) you show up at the prescribed time, wait another hour, get to the front to be told it’s not ready still and you can take a seat and wait. Maybe, just MAYBE they will get to it before closed, if not. Better luck tomorrow!!

they just switched to new operating system when I went so there were hiccups. but the staff I interacted with were very friendly and made sure we knew what was going on at all times

For the most part, they’re great. However, having a hospital that’s so afraid of a sickness that sick people can’t get seen face to face is ridiculous. No appointments today as I keep my daughter home from school to get checked out. Earliest PHONE appointment, cause that’s all they’ll do, is tomorrow at 3pm. Open up, start seeing patients again, and serve the community the way you did prior to everyone getting terrified by Covid.

I really can’t say enough good things about this hospital, they are such wonderful, professional and caring people from the surgeons to the waste management staff. They all truly care about patients their families and it shows in everything they do.
