I have had several tree services out through the years for various tasks, however Jordan’s is by far the best I’ve ever had to my home. I really can’t say enough good things about his service. Jordan personally came to my house and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. You could tell that he uses care and patience with everything and to him it’s not “just another job”.His team arrived on the agreed day and they worked like a well oiled machine. They asked if they could take down some of my fence to do the job but they put it back in place expertly and you couldn’t tell it had been moved and replaced. They all worked quickly and did everything I asked and checked in with me to make sure everything was done exactly how I wanted.They did stump removal and grinding and they were amazing! They were very efficient and careful as they worked to remove the tree. You can tell this team take pride in their work!!!I will never hire another tree service again and Jordan will be getting all of my business from now on! Met with Jordan (the owner) at my house to go over some very large oak trees that needed to be trimmed. Two days later he emailed me a quote and the next week he and a few other guys showed up to tackle my oaks. They did a GREAT job and cleaned up very well after cutting and trimming the trees. I recommend Buchanan Tree Services owned by Jordan Buchanan, can't say enough about their great service. He and his crew put in two almost 12 hour days to help with my oaks and mesquite. This was at literally half the price of other companies. They trimmed, pruned, removed trees and all branches, chopped into firewood, ground down stumps, removed ball moss, shaped the canopy and left the yard clean and beautiful. They not only did exactly what we asked them to do but also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Buchanan Tree Service did an exceptional job at a very fair price. Buchanan explained all of our options for the dangerous tree in our backyard and once we settled on one, provided us with an estimate that same day. They communicated very well throughout the process, and when they arrived for work, they were very professional and very efficient. The tree is no longer dangerous and I didn’t overpay like I have for other tree services. Jordan was very accomodating with our schedule. Crew was very polite and professional. Did an excellent job with the tree & stump removal, pruning of our other trees. Work was thorough and done with care. Cost was reasonable. Overall experience was great. Even trimmed our neighbor's tree in just short notice. That's how nice he is.
