It's 100 + degrees outside and my crew did an excellent job, they were kind, ,polite and good attitude. They were very careful when moving the furniture. It's a really hard job, they deserve to be tipped well. I am happy with the service so, I highly recommend Budget Movers.

Budget movers were excellent to work with!! They kept us informed every step of the way. Autumn was amazing and was able to get schedules coordinated quickly. Our moving team was pleasant and always polite. They treated our furniture and homes like their own. Very professional hard workers. Would highly recommend!!

To start I noticed that my crew of movers seemed sort of lost. They were super nice but after rearranging the truck multiple times which took up a lot of time they still ran out of room. Now let’s go to the damages. They completely demolished a shelf from IKEA and poked a hole in the overhang of my rental. (Pics included) No big deal the shelf was $25 but still not the point! My brand new dryer was dented, and a $300 animal cage had the leg bent beyond repair. It was supposed to be a simple 3 bedroom move that should have fit on one truck but they left stuff behind because they couldn’t fit it. It was supposed to take around 5 hours it took 8. The shift lead did tell me he’s only been with the company a couple of months. That tell me they sent me 3 inexperienced crew. They did send out another truck free to pick up the remaining stuff. I’ve been contacted by the person to repair damages but have not had anyone come out yet. I have called back and been more than patient. My animals are current in a too small for their species cage and I’m most concerned for that to be resolved. It’s been a week now. When my issues are resolved I will change my review. I have been cordial and patient I even waited to write this review.

Ty and his partner were the best! They wrapped everything very nicely!!! And got it to and from our old home to our new home in a timely manner!!! Will definitely use Budget Movers again!!!!

I used budget movers almost 2 years ago and stored most of my furniture in a house that we lived in temporarily while we were building a new house. I made the mistake of not inspecting all of the furniture to make sure there was no damage believing that the movers would have come forth and showed it to us, had it happened. I had planned on using Budget Movers 18 months later to move our furniture to our permanent house which was the house we were currently building. As I got ready for the second move and scheduled Budget, I noticed that a travertine console table that the movers had put up against the wall, had a crack in the base, and you could not see it unless you were actively looking for or dusting it.
I called Jake, the owner, to consult about repairing it before the move or after the move, and he gladly said yes, he would fix it and sent his repairman out to look at it. I was told it would be easy to fix and that they would come by my house after the move to fix it. After the move, I was told that they needed to come pick it up and take it to the repairman to have it repaired. Twice I was told they would come by and pick it up and they never showed up so I began to understand that they were lying to me and they had no intention of fixing the furniture that they had damaged. They also damaged a mirror, a lamp, and a headboard and footboard on a bedroom set. I made the mistake of trusting Jake, as an honest person who would not have lied about insurance and repairs on furniture that they damage.
We tipped the six movers the first time $100 each and the second time we tipped the three movers $100 each and we paid Budget Movers thousands of dollars to move us twice and they are refusing to fix expensive furniture that they damaged.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed in budget movers and I would never recommend them to anybody unless you take a risk on having your furniture damaged with no reimbursement or repairs from Budget.

Right from the start, navigating their (Budget Movers) site online was easy, I was given a fair estimate, and they called me to book an appointment within a couple of hours. My schedule was a little hectic but they were able to accommodate me for the date and time I needed. My movers showed up on time, were very professional, pleasant, and were super fast. A job that would have taken me half the day to do took these 2 rockstars less than 45 minutes. My stuff was wrapped up, nothing got damaged or scratched etc. I am very thankful for what these guys, and their company did for me. Thanks!

Budget Movers assisted me with moving items from a 10x30 storage unit into another one. They were very organized and efficient. Please ask for Hector, Joshua, Omar and Timothy. They were wonderful. This crew will be requested again in the future.
