BSG helped with a superior customer service experience. The sales team gave communication by texts, calls, and emails and showed patience with all questions. They helped get a security package and AV set up that best fit the situation and an alarm system for the need. The tech team was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, explained technical issues step by step and showing how the new system operates. Cost was reasonable and monthly cost was lowered. Accounts were cleared of old flaws and the setup was explained in detail. The experience was the best, exceptional and beyond expectations.

Kayli did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. She explained thoroughly step by step how to fix some of the technical issues. I would definitely recommend BSG for your alarm system.
