Guys we all had that experience of going to Burlington with your mom,wife,girlfriend or side chick and being extremely bored. My blame is to the store the interior is very bland and outdated i suggest adding a section where the men can chill while the Women can shop in this section add TV screens with sports,News or even some E sports !

HIRE MORE STAFF. please. These lines move slow cause y'all got like only 2 cashier's most of the time. 😞 The lady we saw on my recent visit was so sweet though!! Props to her for being nice despite having lots of work. <3

Horrible fitting room associate tonight 3.19.25! I literally saw 2 ladies working the fitting room. Well 1 was trying her best to work and get things done . The other was determined to stop her to hold a conversation. I almost felt bad for the other worker because she was really trying to work and get away from the lazy girl who’s clearly getting paid to talk and not work! She was too busy talking to even realize I was standing there waiting for a room. I’m ready to apply now after seeing you can now get paid at Burlington's to just talk .. wow amazing!

It is much larger but the women's bags and men's clothing like Tommy and Guess are more stocked in those close to the center and this one is very far away.

The girl at register in pink jacket wearing a hoodie is crazyy to me how professional this looks and how much you care about your job!!! take the hoodie off your head your hands out your jacket pockets and be more professional and welcoming to us customers, engage ask questions !!??! Who hired her ?? you are here for work !! Come on BURLINGTON!!! This is okay for your company ??

Good pricing very clean but the line is HORRIBLE a line wrapping around and only 2 cashiers ! So crazy. No blame on cashiers ik there working their hardest but damn Burlington that’s ridiculous the poor girls need help do better ! Had to stand in line for 40 minutes for ONE thing ! If I didn’t need it today I for sure would’ve left !

Longest line waited almost 2 hours, only 2 cashiers taking their time with no sense of urgency, and rude employees on top of that I stopped on the side to add up the total amount of items I got I was rudely circled by a security guard when I had more than enough money for my items. Overall a tiring and bad experience not going back
