Six days ago I went to the store in Culebra to buy a few things, including two perfumes. When I took the perfumes out of the box, I noticed that the spray nozzle cap was broken.
Today, on my day off, I went back to the store to return them, but the cashier told me that perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
I called and asked to speak to the manager. A woman answered, and after I explained the situation, she told me the same thing as the cashier. I asked her where their return policy was posted, and she said there was no sign and that it was company policy. She asked me if the perfume was like that when I bought it... she practically accused me of being dishonest!
Then I went to the register and asked for the name of the cashier who had helped me, and they said they didn't know her name; do they think I'm stupid? I asked for the manager's name, and they gave me the name of someone named Jose. I told them that I had just spoken to a woman a few minutes ago. They said the manager wasn't there and Jose was in charge. Really!!
How unprofessional.

Worst racial experience. When I entered into the store I was told to stop so the camera could keep count of the customers. When I was leaving I decided to see if the lady was going to stop the customer from entering. She greeted them with a smile and let them walk into the store. Never once mentioned the camera. When will this racial profiling stop!!!

New Bandera location is horrible. The supervisor who claimed to be the manager didn't understand what it means to be tax exempt. We had the official form and she was confused trying to call the tax office after 8pm on a Saturday. Like it would be open. She didn't want to hear what we had to say. Very rude and over come with power she didn't really have to begin with. Hopefully someone can train her in everything before they allow her to interact with customers again. Alamo Ranch Burlington is superb 👌 never any issues and customer service is always excellent.

This has to be the slowest register ladies of all time.. moving behind the counter like there isn't 40 people in line waiting. Only 2 registers open. They were walking and talking in the back about their breaks. No mgr around to talk to. I will not come back to this one.

The manager spoke to me very rudely. I am returning the items because one of them has a small tear, and another one has a stain. That is why I requested the return. However, the manager accused me of using the items and refused the return in a very disrespectful manner.

Lines are always so long amd not enough cashiers. Only 1 fitting room allowed to be used per manger due to no staff.

It saddens me to have to write this. My family and I were publicly embarrassed due to our skin color at the Alamo Ranch Burlington around 1-2pm. Alexa at the front made us feel as if we were not welcomed as we were trying to check out. Alexa and two other employees were laughing and ignoring the line that was building up. When it was my family’s time to checkout, we put our stuff down after being invited to the register and Alexa immediately came over, turned off the light and told us we cannot use that register as the person needs to go on break.
We embarrassingly picked up all our things and went back in line. We asked her why she closed the register on us after we were invited. She easily could’ve checked us out but proceeded to just roll her eyes and laugh with the other Hispanic employee.
I asked her if she was going to apologize when she just stayed quiet laughing and smirking. If she is the manager this was a terrible example she set for her other employees.
As we were leaving, she apologized very loudly to the customer behind us. We will be calling corporate and reporting discrimination. Very disappointing.
I’ve seen other reviews about the bigger sized women who always wears a mask and her attitude was just as rude today laughing at us with Alexa. She’s going to ruin your ratings

I’ve never been this disappointed in a store before. The management at this Burlington is a joke, and the service is absolutely terrible. First off, there’s an employee (I think her name is Tiffany? She always wears a green sweater) who has the WORST attitude. She’s constantly rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath, treating her employees like crap. It’s clear she has zero respect for anyone. And then loss prevention stands at the door guarding it and saying so silly little speech and most of the time they are nice and then half the time they dont even say the speech. It feels like they are just profiling who ever they want. EVEN KIDS. The worst of it all is truthfully the registers. They are so slow and understaffed. I shouldnt have to wait 1-1:30 for two items. And they close before closing time on the door. I just dont get it Burlington is not what it used to be. If i were you I WOULD NOT GO HERE. Burlington wil have not more of my money !!!

This burlington is alright. Clean place, good workers. Restrooms had a combination lock, which is understandable. Just wish it had more better clothes for men. Most shirts were to cartoon-ish, with big prints. Colognes were all the same and mostly women. But overall pretty good store.

Big THANK YOU to the staff working the night of 9/17. I purchased a very large mirror and they were all so helpful and kind to help me bring it to the front as well as loading it. I can’t thank them enough!!
