Terrible store!! The worst Burlington in San Antonio! I went to return a pair of shoes today that I bought a couple days ago that broke the exact same day I bought them and the lady at the front wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say and she just cut me off and told me they don’t do returns..She was super rude!! She really gave me racism vibes. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I had a very uncomfortable experience last time I went. The lady at the front who was asking if people needed carts seemed to have issue with me not needing one? She was following me around until she lost me and when I tried to leave an older man blocked off the entrance, forcing me to go through the line to leave the building. I honestly feel like i was profiled. As soon as i walked out the doors they unblocked the entry way
