Prices are definitely better than marshalls.
Only problem is they need to be more size organized.
And Security watches us like a hawk so we are safe while shopping there, just Don't walk in with shopping bags from other stores though.

Always a long line there selection of items aren't worth it especially the make up. They don't have good shoes and the ones they have arent worth the price they have them for. Might as well go to the mall and buy them and it's the same for clothes there selection is outdated and felt like good will clothes

Good selection & nice employees BUT the checking out always takes forever!!! Please put more people at the registers. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to check out on a day that's not really busy.

I have experienced both prejudice and unfair treatment as a consumer at the Burlington location at 4224 S New Braunfels Ave #201. I've been followed around the store before, with an employee following me from aisle to aisle pretending to be working. From the moment I walked into the store and refused to hand over my bag I was treated like a criminal despite having a Burlington credit card and being a loyalty member. Yesterday after work I decided I wanted to check out new perfumes they might have. I walked in and saw several perfumes up front that I was interested in purchasing. I could see security guard had inched closer to me although I didn't acknowledge his presence. Then a worker, Nicole, the same person who had followed me from aisle to aisle months before stopped me and said I had to take my bag over to the register, I said no because I have valuables (laptop, tablet, and wallet). She said well you can't have more than three perfumes in your cart at a time, it's policy. I had several because I was going to purchase them. For clarity, all perfumes are encased in secure locked boxes. She took the perfumes out of my cart and placed them behind the counter. I felt humiliated and angry. I tried to shop for other things but because of this experience the feeling was lackluster. I could've bought more but I didn't because of how this clerk, Nicole made me feel. I began to cry silently as a walked through each aisle. I even thought about not purchasing the perfume and just walking out but I didn't. I went up to the register and bought them, I spent less than I intended to and I decided this would be my final purchase from this location. Nicole was dismissive, cold, and unprofessional in her communication with me. She mentioned a store policy that wasn't visually shared with potential customers. I'm thinking about paying off this purchase and closing my account with Burlingtons. If this is how they treat customers I don't want to be one anymore.

Store manager is rude and is not following the return policy and wants to make her own policy.
I attempted to return an item closed with tag, and was not allowed to exchange, only because she does not exchange during Christmas time.

I love this Burlington Miss Becky is amazing. She does her job very well. The store is always clean and very welcoming and not to mention. I love the prices. Hope to be back soon and spend more money. Thank you Becky. Keep up the excellent work.

Because of employee by the name of Deanna I AM NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE SHE IS A REAL LIVE KAREN. I bought some shoes and I was wondering why she was distracting me the whole time. I get ready to put them on and they have been worn already there were scuff marks and pink polish so I called and Deanna answered the phone instead of her getting a manager she said she couldn’t help me because she had to ring a customer up so why answer the phone or get someone who can help…she was telling me to bring the shoes back but I am at a funeral I wanted to keep the shoes just shouldn’t have been at full price but Deanna with bright red lipstick refused to help me and I don’t do KARENS at all so I’m never going to spend a dime there again..lucky for me a new location opened up. I just got ripped off it’s cool
