I love this store! I have referred them to many of my clients that are moving and needing to liquidate. The store has quality items. Yes, they do not take in tattered, torn or stained items. So, everything in their store is high quality and in new condition. This is a first class consignment store with a variety of furniture and items for any decor.

Really lovely things, but everything is so expensive. I understand most things here are high quality, but if you're used to thrifting for cheap it's quite a shock to see the price tags.

One of the rudest people I have met, the owner. The prices are as high as brand new. Will not be back. I can’t believe an owner would be so combative with customers. Definitely, has some issues.Look at this response. I’m telling you this lady has some real issues and is racist. Not the type customer??Very racist

This was our first time visiting this store in San Antonio. We will have to revisit the store when we visit San Antonio again. Lots of great things in this store! Staff was super helpful.

Been to different furniture consignment stores in different parts of the country. I can say with confidence that Bygones is one of the best places I've visited. Their furniture, home accessories and art work is definitely top quality. Yet my favorite part of coming to the store is the friendly employees and owner. Whether you are there just to browse or in the lookout for something, the friendly treatment is just the same. They definitely earn costumers' business.

Let me first say that I looked at the review below mine first, and what this person said is grossly inaccurate. I can honestly say, that has someone who has traveled the world, this business is the epitome of incredible. I have said it before, and I will say it again…you will NOT find another store like this. You also will not find another team, such as Tiffany’s, that just make you feel like family when you walk in. Yvonne and Armando are just class all the way. I went back in today after two years of being away and fell in love all over again. If anyone wants to know about quality and uniqueness, Tiffany HAND SELECTS all her items. The best part is everything is carefully priced WELL! CANT WAIT TO GO BACK! Love y’all! From Ted

The woman at the front desk was acting very obviously fake nice to my husband and me. For what reason, I honestly have no clue. Not like we have some history, so the extra baggage was completely unnecessary. Her demeanor towards I'm guessing 'usual' customers was noticeably more normal and pleasant than to us. As if that wasn't enough, we went to some furniture boutiques at La Cantera afterwards and found some of the same items sold at this place but way cheaper.
