My family has had a wonderful experience at Cadence Academy! This was my child's first time in school so I was apprehensive but the amazing staff and teachers made all the difference. The adjustment was smooth and we felt supported every step of the way. I just adore my child's teachers. It is clear they not only care for their students, they treat them with so much love and compassion. It's been such a wonderful experience to know that my baby is in such a caring and supportive environment. I highly recommend Cadence!

We had our kids enrolled here over a year. In the beginning, things were great, but over time, that changed. During our time there, the school made some internal changes that upset staff bc from one day to the next, there was a huge turnover with new faces throughout the facility. Once this occurred, you could tell the morale within the facility had changed. No more greetings in the morning or afternoon from front desk personnel. The AC went out multiple times that portable units were brought in. At one point, it was almost two months before any progress was made to correct the HVAC issue. We finally had enough when we found out the older toddler class ratio was 25:1, which is against TX state law. That staff member was overwhelmed daily, but they did nothing to alleviate the issue. The director of the facility, Misty, wasn't always easy to deal with. Any issues that were brought up, she would brush them off or say they'd be addressed when they weren't. IMO, this facility is rated higher than it should be.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this daycare and the ENTIRE staff. My 15 month yr old son has been going here for 5 months now, and I’ve seen remarkable growth, being verbal, and singing to familiar songs, and was SO helpful when it came time to switch him off formula/bottles. I love the way they work with him and communicate to me his growth!I’ve walked in countless times to the Young Toddler room and seeing the teachers energy, singing, teaching, and loving the littles is so comforting. Special thanks to Miss Jen & Miss Faith in the toddler room. The entire staff is familiar with all the littles regardless of age, highly highly recommend Cadence Academy Wildhorse!

Amazing Experience at Cadence Academy!
Our family has been a part of Cadence Academy for several years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education our children have received. From day one, the director and assistant director have been incredibly attentive, supportive, and dedicated to creating a nurturing environment.
The staff and teachers go above and beyond, treating our family like their own. Their warmth, patience, and dedication to each child’s growth and development truly stand out. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and success of every child in their care.
We are beyond grateful for the positive impact Cadence Academy has had on our children’s early years. If you’re looking for a loving, safe, and enriching daycare, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

My son has been in two different classes since he started. He's happy and has little baby friends who greet him. The teachers take time with any of the kids that are having a rough morning. Communication with the staff is awesome! The facility itself is always clean. My son loves the homemade meals and snacks. He talks a lot more since he started and has learned so much. He knows different songs, his numbers, letters, and colors. Definitely recommend. You'll be able to work with your mind at ease knowing your baby is being well taken care of.

I have already discussed my concerns with the educational director. At this time, my suggestion is to make sure the teachers incharge of the classroom can be vigilant and can keep students in the classroom. I pulled my chil out 2 days after she started.
Although the educational director gave us a refund and did contact us about our concerns, I would not send my child to this daycare.

As a first time mom, I was so scared to pick a daycare. I wanted my son to receive the best possible care and I truly feel like we found that with Cadence! We have been there almost 1.5 years now and feel that the teachers and administrators truly care for my son. My son had learned so much since being there and I feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care.

We had our older daughter here for about 2 years and our younger daughter for about 6 months, just during my busiest season with work. I loved our experiences with both girls. Our older daughter was always happy to be here and the teachers were all great! I nearly cried on her last day of PreK here because of what a positive experience it was. They were great about communicating through the app they use as well as sending emails and letting us know immediately if anything had happened during the day with the kids. I would get pictures of my daughter pretty much every day at school which I loved to see!!! I definitely feel like they did a great job with education. I also loved that they would do so many family events and special snack time or breakfast days for parents/grandparents to go spend some time in the school with the kids. Water days in the summer were something my kids would look forward to. Overall I loved this school for my daughters and happy we chose it!

I called multiple times and no one ever answered the line. I input my information online for a possible tour but no one ever responded to that either. I randomly got a text message asking if I was okay with communicating about the daycare program through text. I said yes and asked a question and then never received a reply. Cadence Academy doesn’t seem to have the proper staff or etiquette to respond back to parents, so it seems I may have dodged a bullet when choosing daycares. I can only imagine what communication would be like if my child was attending there and there was an actual emergency.

We love Cadence Academy, we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice. The caregivers are fantastic with the little ones and make me feel completely at ease when I drop off my baby. I can see the joy and curiosity in my child's eyes when I pick them up, which tells me he's having a great time. The facility is clean and baby-proofed, ensuring their safety. The regular updates and communication from the staff are much appreciated. I'm so glad we found this place – it's been a wonderful experience for our family."

Cadence academy Wildhorse is a wonderful place to work, I’ve worked here for about 5 months and the faculty is so loving and caring. We work hard to assure every parent that their child is our number one priority, the classrooms are well kept, clean and organized. I recommend our care to all my friends and family with young children

Thank you Cadence Academy for being an exceptional preschool/daycare for our little one! I feel safe and comfortable dropping her off and know she is in good hands. The attention to personalized detail to make sure our daughter is taken care of in the way she needs to be is not taken for granted. Thank you for genuinely caring for her, being adaptable, and for providing good communication while she is there.
