Caliber Collision at 6308 San Pedro Ave has provided me with great friendly customer service. I get text updates on my vehicle just about everyday. The collision center manager, Andrew, always makes sure I am pleased with their work. I can count on them each time. I have gone since 2019 for all body repairs and any warranty items for my vehicle. Thanks to the professionals- I’m very satisfied with their overall care of my vehicles.

The San Pedro location failed to do a thorough job, nor did they annotate the additional 109 miles on paperwork. The New Braunfels location has had to redo some work and clean over spray, found during first pickup. They the interior of the vehicle dirty and didn't return spare tire items and wheel well cover. Wheel jack was thrown on seat which left oil stains. I am now awaiting a sensor that fell into bumper due to broken clips. I would not recommend the San Pedro location to anyone due to not completing work or having a QA check work that was done. I rate the New Braunfels location 10, for having to correct San Pedro locations mistakes and incomplete work. Still waiting on parts so New Braunfles location can complete repairs.

CC is set-up with USAA so I was able to drop-off my vehicle without the need for an initial estimate. Very convenient.Received routine updates during the repair and truck was returned about a week earlier than estimated.Very seamless work and I have peace of mind.Enterprise Rental Car next door has a better selection and more availability of vehicles.

I don’t know what motivates these guys, but everyone I interacted with at Caliber collision was just AMAZING. When I was younger, I had my share of fender benders and never had such a positive experience! I’m older now and don’t have as much patience (and not as pretty as I was) so I definitely wasn’t expecting the level of customer service that Caliber Collision gave me. And this is what they give EVERYONE- their absolute best. (I overheard their interactions with other customers as I was waiting to talk to the team lead, and then again while waiting for a ride home. ) Yeah, they’re good, and they work as one big team, almost family-like.I showed up Tuesday morning at the center and address my insurance agent had sent me, after a buck, chasing a doe, chest bumped the drivers side quarter panel of my car while I was driving home. I guess I was in his way and he wasn’t too deterred, because he then body rolled & slammed my back door as we passed each other, and scraping his antlers as he went, then took off around the rear bumper. My civic lost that fight.So, back to Caliber….my insurance agent scheduled me at a different collision center, but sent me the name and address of Caliber. I show up and, of course, Caliber has no record of my appointment. I am getting frustrated because I KNOW repairs are taking a while nowadays, and I have a limit to my car rental, and this mixup is going to delay things even further. But the receptionist assures me that I can still leave the vehicle, they work with progressive all the time, and don’t worry, they will take care of everything. She could have sent me away (I expected it) but no! In fact, she asked if I needed a ride home. Did I mention this was the day San Antonio was frozen??A little while later the team lead comes out, says he was updated on everything, reassures me again they can take care of everything with my insurance, and we review what’s up with the car. Not only did he listen to all my concerns but he even brought up things I hadn’t considered! As I wrapped up with him, he tells me ***** will be around shortly to take me home.I was expecting to sit in a shuttle for an hour but no, I literally was taken home by a staff member. Two days later I got a call from Caliber and then texts every day thereafter with updates. One and a half weeks later I got a call, I thought it was going to be an estimate, but my car was READY!Just as promised, they worked it out with my insurance, I paid my deductible, and they said they could bring my car to me, if I preferred. I told them that would be best because I still had the rental in my possession. I didn’t think things could get better, but he told me that when he drops my car off, he could take back my rental for me!Yeah, apparently, Caliber and Enterpriae have some kind of agreement where they offer that service, too! Talk about being given white glove treatment. I haven’t even mentioned the great job they did on my car nor the fact that my car was cleaner even INSIDE than when I dropped it off. I mean, it was practically detailed and smelled soooo good.So, if you are in the unfortunate situation of needing a collision center, you’d be making a wise decision to go with Caliber. Not sure what drives Caliber employees to provide the level of service they do, but I sure wish EVERY business was like them!! ❤️❤️❤️

I recently entrusted my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repair services, initially selecting a specific location for both drop-off and pickup. The anticipated return of my car was set for Friday, a deadline critical due to upcoming travel plans. However, upon checking in on Thursday, I was informed of a potential delay until the following day, which closely impacted my schedule. Ultimately, the delivery was further postponed to Monday, adding to the inconvenience.Complicating matters, I was required to retrieve my car from a different Caliber Collision center than initially agreed upon. This change posed a logistical challenge, as I had arranged for a rental car near the original drop-off location, expecting a seamless transition back to my vehicle.Upon pickup, I noticed a misalignment between the car door and body, necessitating immediate adjustments by the staff. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the team's effort to clean the interior mats and the overall inside of the car—a thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed.I plan to provide an update on the car's condition after a month, hoping no further issues arise. A more coordinated service experience and attention to detail in the repair process would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and confidence in Caliber Collision

I took my Daughter's car into Caliber Collision on San Pedro Avenue and they were wonderful! Fernando and Junior immediately looked at her car, which had massive marks on the bumper from a HUGE truck that swiped her. I waited a short time and like magic, it was fixed! Thank you so much!
